Flakey, in a nut shell. Georgetown grad? Clearly, Georgetown has lowered its standards. If a doctor cannot take down proper notes documenting prior meetings then that is a problem, especially when incorrect information is reported to the insurance company about said visit. Now, let's talk about the billing dept. How dare you tell me that the doctor, though made a mistake in reporting info, refuses to fix and resubmitt the claim properly because she does not want to be "flagged" by the insurance company! Folks, this is what you get from people who have an IQ less than that of a carrot. You would do well to practice leaching and praying to the gods than rely on these people.

Terrible doctors. Lets take another guess at what's wrong with you. This place treated me like cattle . rush them in and rush them OUT. I have waited a week for an MRI appointment . I have severe back pain and still they haven't made an appointment for me . TERRIBLE PATIENT CARE.

I came here to MA, 4 years ago and applied for a job, I was looking for a PCP and somebody from the church that I was visiting recommended Dr. Gartman, I was afraid because my primary language is Spanish, but Dr. Gartman was awesome, she is really professional, patience and understanding. The last time that I was in touch with her, she was expecting a baby, I am sure that she must to be the sweetest mommy with her child, because she is with her patient. GOD BLESS HER LIFE FOREVER. Liu

She is very professional and empathetic. She doesn't hurry you out. She takes what you are telling her and suggests from there. I am so glad she is young and won't be retiring soon. I always recommend her to people I meet that are looking for a doctor or finding theirs lacking.
