She took the time to talk to me today. It made me feel so much better that I had someone in my corner with me. I walked away a better person.

She is one on one with her patients. She cares and takes the time to listen to you and answer your questions. If you have a medical problem She works with to the end to see that you get the right medical help.

5 Stars as a Dr She diagnosed a skin issue that 2 Drs & a derma couldn't figure out. She advised on treatment & it improved quickly, to where it's not an issue anymore. She also helped w/ weight & improving overall health. BUT, I now need to find another Dr. On a visit 10 yrs ago I heard complaining about there being too many patients scheduled. She was right. Office was very busy & she was rushed. On subsequent visits, this improved but not for long. Physicals had to be scheduled further ahead. Over time she was less available & I was seen by the PA instead (PA was great too but after months waiting for an app, one expects their primary). Worse, twice I was called just before the app to reschedule as the doctor wouldn't be available. I called early Sept for an app, earliest was mid Nov. I asked if I can see another DR/PA sooner, no luck. I called today to try to move it up & was told she's completely booked thru Dec & turns out my app in Nov is scheduled w/ the PA & not Dr Fichera.

Terrible experience every time-will be switching To a new doctor. This office is terribly unresponsive and only cares about getting you in and out to bill for an office visit. Rude and don’t care about patients health.

I was a patient of doctor Fichera for about 7 years. A few years ago she diagnosed me with diabetes. All of my follow up appointments were with someone else besides dr. Fichera. At first I didn’t have a problem with it but after I was told that I needed to complete multiple testing and me trying to get it done in a timely matter due to me being scared and frustrated I called dr. Fichera Office multiple times asking to speak with her specifically about how her office staff who had been giving me incomplete instruction, hadn’t been doing there part to get documents to the proper testing, Forcing me to reschedule multiple times and even implied that I didn’t have common sense. Never got a call back. I called to make a appointment and they told me that I was discharged as a patient and they couldn’t help me. When I asked why I was told because I yelled at a employee. So after 7 years I was discharged with no follow up call. I’m a diabetic with no doctor due to their lack of communication.

This doctor is fantastic. I had been going to doctors for 10 years with the same complaint and not one of them told me to get tested for cancer. Dr. Fichera immediately sent me for a biopsy and I am alive today because of her.

My husband’s cancer was found by Dr. Fichera. She is thorough and kind. She saved his life.

Dr. Fichera is really an Exceptional Doctor even on her hectic days. Thank you for being there.

No. The office staff are unprofessional. It like you are at a free Government clinic. You have staff members with facial piercing and tattoos.

I been with this office for over 4 years. My first Dr moved away, and I been under Dr. Fichera. Unfortunately I can't say I ever met her. Only met physician asst. Who was very nice and knowledgeable.

The office in Pembroke was disgusting. I was told if I was sick I would be give a nurse practitioner and dr spent very little time on my physical. Also, it's been weeks and I have received my blood work results.

Dr. Fichera saved my life when the doctors in the hospital had no clue why my condition was failing. Dr. Fichera came in everyday and took charge, she did what was necessary to make me better! This is why I will be forever grateful and from 2010 until now 2016 she will always be my doctor!

Dr. Ficher's office charges you an office visit to pick up diagnostic equipment. When asked why, I was told by the billing department that it was mandatory and the insurance company requires them (DO) to do so because the nurse as to explain how to use the equipment. LIE! I called my insurance company to verify that information and was told they (IC) DO NOT require an office visit to pick up diagnostic equipment. Make sure you verify all CPT codes with your insurance company for proper billing

Dr. Fichera was my general doctor for 2 years. IT was very hard to schedule an appointment with Dr.Fichera. Most of the times they assigned me to a PA. The office staff is rude and highly unorganized. Rosa does not return calls when its about patient refund. Never recieved refund after 15 non-returned calls. Person in records is very rude when asked to transfer files to new Doctor. Recommendations to Dr. Fichera: please change the person in charge of your staff. You are loosing your patients.
