Best Pain Management Physician in AZ and Beyond
This is the physician you want to see if you're in acute or chronic pain. Some reviewers accuse her of lacking patience and compassion, so if you're looking for a hand holding, excessively fawning, narcotic pushing pain management doctor, so elsewhere. Dr. Dais is efficient, brilliant at what she does and approaches the patient the way a great detective does -- ordering appropriate tests to evaluate one's condition, offering appropriate solutions to your problems and treating you in the best, most effective manner. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. She's fast because she has patients lined up to see her and wants to service as many of them as she can. Dr. Dais has managed to relieve long-standing hip and back pain that I've suffered for literally years.

Feeling good
Dr Dias went over my symptoms in great detail, she then offered some solutions that were easy to follow and understand. After 2 visits and a follow-up I am feeling great and back to my normal exercise routine.

Dr. Jennifer Dais MD
My experience with Dr. Jennifer Dais MD was outstanding. I am trying to locate her again, but the Pain Center at 3811 E Bell Rd Ste 100 Phoenix, AZ 85032 says she no longer works there. They are not forthcoming with any more information other than that. Does anyone have any contact information about her?

To The Point
Dr Dais is a professional. Do I always understand her, no. But I do trust her, and happy I have. After breaking my back, Dr's piled on the pills. When I went to her, I wanted away from the drugs be prescribed, I was a zombie... she took away a major part of my pain and reoccuring severe headaches without the use of drugs, and I am grateful. Life almost feels normal again.

Has options -not just pills
Dr. Dais is brilliant! She truly wants her patients to be as pain free as possible. Dr. Dais is a thorough diagnostician using X-rays, to guide her next steps. She provides options besides oral medication and shots under fluoroscopy. I believe she will continue to help me enjoy a life as pain free with her medical knowledge and technical education.

Completely thankful!
Dr. Dais did not have to help me and she did! She listens and with complete compassion she is more than happy to help you on your journey to help with your pain…NOT abuse narcotics but help you realistically with great compassion help you succeed. If your just looking to abuse narcotics or are full of it about your pain I would keep looking for a different doctor, but if your looking for a VERY compassionate, doctor to help you succeed she is the perfect doctor for you. I would recommend her to anyone I care about!! Plus she’s double board certified and that’s not easy to find!! Her staff is amazing from when you check in ( those girls are great and super funny) to the medical assistant and transcriptionist, it’s a complete circle of Compassionate, amazing, and well qualified care! So Thank You to the whole Team!! ~From Oregon to AZ

She has no interest in listening
Dr. Dais arrived in the exam room with computer and microphone in hand. Started dictating immediately and reading from my reports. Abrupt, fast talking, dismissive, arrogant in her opinions of other doctors. She will not be my continuing physician. I got very strong vibes that she is only interested in promoting her small invasive surgical procedure and not my history and condition. I was referred by my primary care physician which amazes me because this doctor does not listen or show any of the characteristics I appreciate in my doctors.

Awful
Awful experience. She cared more about “getting her point across” than my chronic pain issues. She’s condescending and unprofessional. Awful experience. Don’t Waste your time.

Have been seeing Dr. Dais for 2 1/2 years with great success. She’s an outstanding and caring pain medicine physician. Listens very well and fully explains options. Really seems to thoroughly know both the tried and true treatments for managing pain AND especially the newer, innovative approaches as well. Has saved me from at least 2 unnecessary major surgeries that were resolved through non-surgical treatments.

Went to Dr. Dais for some hip pain but pain was mostly in the back after an attack of pain that made it extremely difficult to walk. She gave a hip shot which helped a little. I was a marathon runner who would walk about four 15 min. miles a day plus running 1 or 2000 yards in the pool a few days a week. Now, I can walk slowly and awkwardly for 20 minutes. After going for a second opinion, I was advised that hip injections should not have been given because that is not the issue. Will have further testing with a new specialist.

My Regular Dr had a family emergency, so I was seen by Dr Dais. She was more concerned about her beliefs on opioids than she was on treating me. I have been going to the same pain clinic for over six years. I have had several different procedures done for my pain. I have never failed my drug test, I don't go Dr shopping, and I don't constantly ask for more pain meds. I don't drink or do drugs, I don't even have a social life any more. I have a very physically demanding job and I am the soul provider for my family. Yet she told me if she ever sees me again, she will lower my dosage. I tried to explained to her about my autoimmune disease's and that I have more than just one area of pain. She tried to compair her anxiety to my chronic pain. She told me she learned how to live with her anxiety, so I can learn to live with my pain...

This doctor is completely ignorant of what chronic pain patients deal with, yet professes to project her Beliefs onto others. Minimizes all sources of pain, unless of course the treatment involves expensive and non-FDA approved procedures (i.e. epidurals). A reflection of what the sorry “practice” of pain medicine has now become.
