Dr. Crozier took time and explained my condition to me, even drew pictures to help me understand. Was patient, understanding and realistic. I would highly recommend her!

No...would not recommend ....I am a deaf, cancer patient who recently saw this physician in consultation. I had an oral interpreter with me, who told me what Dr Crozier was saying. There was far too much information for me to remember so I asked Dr C in writing, to please send me a full narrative statement of my case/treatment/prognosis. All she did was send a DRAWING of cancer cells with a few words/phrases jotted throughout. I was *insulted*. Did she think I was too dumb to understand a full narrative statement?
