Highly Recommended! Dr. Jennifer Carroll is The Absolute BEST! From the first moment of our consultation to the end of my surgery, she was thorough, warm, and spoke to me as a peer, but in terms I could easily understand. She was very patient and tolerant of my questions & she filled me with confidence. I could never ask for a better experience with a surgeon. In addition, her staff at her office as well as at Mountain View Hospital was stellar. Everyone was so nice! And it seemed like they were genuinely interested in my well-being. Thank you so much for turning a scary situation into an easy one.

Left with no answers, said we need 3 more tests to determine problem. Received no appointments, said they will call me and it has been 5 days with nothing. So I just continue to suffer everyday with nothing!

I have a rare skin disease called hidradenitis suppurativa. I really needed surgery on my right armpit and upper arm. She was great. Knew exactly what we needed to do. Scheduled the surgery for 3 weeks later. It was done in about any hour. I got to go home the same day. She set up for a nurse to come to my home daily for wound dressings and care. I'm already considering what else to do surgery on next as soon as this one finishes healing.
