Very disappointed when I attempted to set up a new patient visit today. Just moved here and was trying to establish a new family doctor. Service desk attendant was not friendly or helpful. Still looking for a good family doctor that has the service we expect to receive - especially if/when you aren't feeling well. If they aren't nice when you are just setting up, probably will not improve when you really need help.
