Dr. Jennifer Arnecilla, MD

it seems i had the opposite experience of a lot of people here. i found dr. arnecilla quite affable. she listened and took me seriously, seemed to be knowledgeable on what i was dealing with, and her treatments thus far have successfully addressed my issues. my only complaint – i don't presume it's any fault of hers, as i know they're a busy clinic, but the sessions do feel rather rushed.

She’s the worst. Never listens to your concerns

Annual check up. Her communication skills, bedside manners are deflating and this has been a pattern over the last few years I have visited her. Once she was commenting on my pre-diabetic numbers and started with "if you live long enough....", not sure where she gets her communication training from. Will not recommend her if you want your doctor to speak as well as treat.

Dr. Arnecilla is professional, attentive, and kind. I’ve been seeing her for several years now and I’ve never had to wait long for my appointment. Overall, a really positive experience.

I agree. Best Primary Care Physician I've had in a very long time. Last visit was 3-4 days ago, have seen her 4-5 times in past 6 mo or so. Wait times have been under 10min except my 1st visit which was a bit longer in order to discuss my med history. She used diagrams when discussing internal organs so I better understood. Nurse and Staff are friendly and professional.

Best experience I have had with a Doctor. She actually takes the time to listen to what's going on. She spends time with you and is quite friendly and relatable. I highly recommend her.

I saw Dr. Arnecilla several times last year, and have never received worse care. She spoke down to me, did not take my symptoms seriously (that I was being seen by several specialists for), and at one point had me wait for over 30 minutes in her office after our appointment stating she was going to come back and speak to me about something, only to have her nurse come in and tell me to leave. I have never left a review before, but this was one of the most degrading experiences of my life.

Rudest doctor I have ever met. She must teach her staff to be rude, too -- because they are. You get 15 minutes with Dr. A, and she's out of the room in the middle of a sentence. Don't bother asking her to respond after that. You may as well be invisible. I have NEVER seen anything like this. Worst doctor I've ever met.

I should have looked more into the reviews for this doctor. Worst annual physical ever, she was useless and didn't even look at me. Brushed me off and overcharged for an extra office visit that didn't happen. Save yourself some time and money and look elsewhere.

Not sure why this Doctor rate is anything less than 5 stars. She is the best Doctor I've ever had.. She listen to what's going on and doesn't just throw medication at the issues. I never question anything she says or recommends me to do. IF you need a good doctor, look no further then Dr. Arnecilla.

I took my elderly mom with dementia here and was THRILLED with the service by Dr. Arnecilla. I am SHOCKED that there are any bad reviews! She spoke to me privately ahead of time about the issues with my mom, showing excellent discretion, and then was kind, patient, funny, and respectful to my mother. She offered me resources to help, too. My mom had MAJOR doctor trust issues from a previous doctor and she loves Dr. Arnecilla. I am VERY VERY happy we found her!

My visit with Dr. Arnecilla was literally the strangest visit I’ve ever had with a doctor. Straight off the bat, she was extremely presumptuous about one of the medications I was taking, speaking to me with a fairly condescending tone. She had a didactic demeanor about her that was so off-putting it was almost humorous. For it being my first visit with her, she was needlessly aggressive.
