I am still alive
I no longer live in Arizona but I am now in North Carolina to help take care of family. I am lucky to be alive and it's because of Doctor Jenne ... My case became very serious very quickly and full surgery removal was the best option. That was done it went well and now some 6 to 7 years later I continue in good health and my recent blood test yesterday taken here in Carolina had my PSA at .01 ... Every day I give thanks for what Dr. Jenne did for me

Appointment canceled 3 consecutive times
My follow-up appointment was canceled 3 consecutive times on short notice with no consideration for another, each time being required to wait for months as though I were a new patient. A personal letter to Dr. Myers, asking for her help was not answered. I am now very pleased with the care from another physician.

Not very nice.
Cold, depricating, impersonal. Not therefore my first choice. She may very well be a great surgeon but I don't think that someone who seems to make an effort to be disrespectful is going to make much of an effort for me as a person but rather what is expedient for her.

I appreciate her so much for her caring.
She saw something she didn't like and had me schedule a CT scan....which uncovered quite a few problems that I was NOT aware of. Now, hopefully I can get help with taking care of my ailments. thank you for caring.

Knowledge and Caring
Dr Myers has been my Urologist for seven years. I am so impressed with her knowledge and she takes the necessary time to get the full explanation of what is going on. The current staff that assists her go out of their way to be helpful. Excellent environment.

Wonderful Doctor and Surgeon
I want to express my thanks and gratitude to Dr. Jenne Myers, at Arizona Urology Specialists, for giving my life back to me. I am an avid outdoors person. My photography, kayaking, hiking, and fishing were all on hold because of prostate and kidney cancer. I have been cancer free for three years now, and I am enjoying all of these activities. She strives to ensure her patients come first. I appreciated her conservative approach, and that provided me with more confidence going into my surgeries. I would recommend her to individuals who need renal treatment and/or surgery and want to ensure the most positive outcome. I recommend her to all of my friends. My thanks again to Dr. Jenne Myers

My negative criticism is more directed at the practice group than Dr Myers. This group, the office staff and those who put them forth, shows a fairly uncaring attitude toward their patients. Calls go unanswered, procedures are cancelled on short notice for stated reasons that do not ring true, care is handed off to midlevels who are expected to do sensitive procedures without even a prior introduction. The lack of trust I have at that office was sufficient for me to seek alternative care. I am thankful such alternatives are available. I will avoid this practice as best I can.

Unfortunately I put On my calendar that my appointment was in the 24th of the month. I did not receive a call, text or email from the Dr’s office. Therefore I called & was told the appointment was on the 22nd. Which I missed & Dr Meyer’s blocked me from going to that office entirely. I couldn’t believe this During these difficult times, I write down the wrong date. Now I am banned from the office. I have never had this happen to me. Hope you don’t either

I'm a 29 yr old Male that was hoping to get a second opinion on a ongoing issue that I felt I wasn't getting appropriate care with a different urologist. I successfully made an appointment and the following day I was told that DR. Myers was refusing to accept me as a patient because of the prior urologist notes.. without her own assessment and diagnosis she flat out said I needed to go to the previous urologist that I did not want to see and that I would not be able to get care from anyone in the practice. Never have I had and experience so horrible happen to myself when needing medical care I have rarely seen drs and this is the reason why

Would not consider another urologist. She performed TURP on my husband. It was obvious that the hospital staff respected her and her abilities as a surgeon and person. We couldn’t have been happier with her treatment and friendly, caring approach. No unanswered question.

I can't say enough positive about Dr Myers, who's taken me through diagnosis, treatment, and recovery from prostate cancer. She's a top-notch surgeon with rare people skills -- honest and compassionate, clearly explaining the options and impacts, always asking for my thoughts and preferences. Highest possible recommendation.
