Highly satisfied!
I have been Dr. Noveau’s patient throughout my pregnancy and postpartum care. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, and I’m extremely satisfied with the care I received.

Provider was dismissive of my concerns as I presented them. Would not provide additional blood testing that I requested. Immediately recommended GLP-1 medications for weight loss. Did schedule me for diagnostic ultrasound, and recommended for surgery - note she does not provide the surgery, nor does her staff help coordinate those services. You are left on your own to connect with a clinic to continue the care you need. Also, they incorrectly bill for services provided. They over-charged for my co-payment, and did not apply the full amount to my account. Additionally, they are not reducing the bill based off the negotiated insurance rates.

Best doctor!
I was on year 3.5 of my second IUD. The first 3.5 years little to no bleeding and then all the sudden constant bleeding. I was seen multiple times by another doctor in the practice that had me first add using the nuva-ring which didn't help. Then they put me on birth control pills. Started with 4 for 2 days, 3 for 2 days and so forth to one pill a day. That worked as long as I took 4 or 3 pills a day. All on top of having the IUD still in. I had them take the IUD out and then I was on 3-4 birth control pills a day for months. I happened to be schedule with Dr Noveau to get a new IUD. It was the best because I had asked and asked about what was causing this and never got an answer or a doctor to seem to wonder. That changed when I met Dr N. She got to the bottom of why I had the bleeding. Every doctor I would see just wanted to rush me out until her. Fast forward she figured out my issue and was the only doctor I scheduled with and wanted for my care. She ended up doing my hysterotomy.

The worst
Honestly, my worst medical experience was seeing Dr Noveau a few weeks ago. I had just had a baby a week before and my stitches for my perennial tear came out. She took one look and said, “well, I can tell you right now that you’re not gonna have a pretty vagina! I don’t have time to repair it right now because that would take 45 minutes, but if it doesn’t heal up on its own we can schedule an operation at the hospital for 3 months from now, and while we’re down there we can fix anything else that’s broken”. Can you imagine hearing these words as a mother who’s just given birth?I had been doing great emotionally after the birth, but I after that appointment I nosedived into feeling so depressed. I went to get a second opinion from a fantastic OB who gave me sensible advice & told me everything was healing up well and would probably be back to normal in 2-3 weeks. I just can’t believe that Dr. Noveau is allowed to treat people in such an unprofessional and rude way. Avoid at all costs!

Dr Noveau delivered our baby this past weekend and she was phenomenal. It was a long process to get baby here and she was excellent from start to finish. We were so impressed with her medical expertise and her knowledge of the process. She was able to successful flip our breech baby so we could avoid a c-section. She was great during check-ins and even late night questions. During the actual delivery she was calm, encouraging and level headed. Baby arrived safely and we owe that to Dr Noveau! We are so grateful she was on call the weekend baby was born.

I had a great experience with Dr. Noveau! She was the doctor on call when I went into the hospital after my water broke at home. My birth plan didn’t go as expected because baby was in distress and I ended up needing a c section. I suffer from anxiety and hearing this news I immediately started panicking. I remember being on the OR table sobbing uncontrollably and as they prepped me she rubbed my arm comforting me telling me it was going to be ok. I went back to see her for my 6 weeks pp appt and my incision is healing great. I had to bring the baby because my husband was working and of course he woke up during the appt and started crying. She asked to hold him which allowed me a minute of peace to get dressed. And as any new mom knows even a minute of peace is so helpful. So grateful I had her as my doctor and thankful she brought my baby boy safely into the world!

Everything everyone has said about Dr. Nouveau is true. She should not be in the medical field whatsoever. She is very disrespectful and she isn’t trustworthy. She doesn’t follow any code of ethics. I requested not to have any further appointments with her...Of course she was on call when it was time for my son to be circumcised. I think she didn’t do it properly and I’m bringing it to the attention of his pediatric doctor to find out if that’s the case and she better pray to God that it isn’t. The best way to get to a bad doctor like her is to affect her pockets and let people know not to see her. If I could leave zero stars I would! She is a terrible Doctor.

To be honest, if I could leave zero stars I would. I had my 8 week appointment with dr. Noveau and I made a point to not see her again through the rest of my pregnancy. I suffered a miscarriage a year before getting pregnant again. She knew this and horrible bed side manor. She treated me very poorly and basically told me well let’s not get excited yet. She tried to sit dow. I had the poor luck of her being on call while I was in labor but thankfully my daughter waited until just after shift change to be born. But the 24 hours she was on call were awful. I asked my nurse about when they would break my water. She went to talk with dr. Noveau and get an answer for me. Dr. Noveau came in with such an attitude and said “ well I told you what I was going to do, don’t you remember?”. I never felt so belittled before. Even my mother and mother in law were disgusted with how she spoke to us. I would highly suggest seeing any other doctor at that practice.

If you think she is awful in a doctor setting imagine the horror of her in the delivery room! If this woman has children I feel sorry for them as she is not a nice person! During my daughters 6week checkup she was down right body shamming a new breastfeeding mom. I will never understand why people like her are even legally allowed to practice medicine. Something is really wrong with the system! She also made up medical information that wasn’t true trying to force my daughter into an implanted device that she didn’t want. Thankfully I’ve warned my children about these types of nasty people and to avoid them at all cost! I was not the patient but I was mom to patient in the delivery room and witnessed this drs behavior first hand. After the delivery of my grandchild she spoke to me like she was my dr so my opinion counts to warn others to steer clear unless they are looking for a crappy experience that leaves them feeling unworthy.

Zero bedside manner. I felt like the appointment was rushed. I felt she was judgmental. Overall she was rude and insulting. I will request that we not see her again.

Dr. Nouveau is to be avoided. She is dismissive, judgmental and has zero bedside manner. She assumes so many things about you without even asking you any questions. I left all four of my appointments with her feeling like absolute garbage. I then found out in a moms group that many patients in the practice do not like her, which is why her schedule is always so open.
