He was clear about the tests he was going to order and why. He was familiar with my last ER visit and wanted to make sure that I he had medications and appointments in place for after my visit. Great bedside manner.

I do not like the way he spoke to us. The way he explains things makes you feel dumb. He also did not check her temp because they had checked it when we first arrived.. We had to ask the nurse to check her temp before we left and by that time we had been there for 4 hours. It was 102.3 and he discharged us before knowing what her temp was. Classic case of “ You’re not high priority, get out “. Next time I will refuse
