Worthless
I made a mistake having my cataract done by Jeff Whitsett. The first visit was in time and he was patient explaining the process. He did not show up for the third and fourth follow up visits and I was seen by different doctors each time. I had to wait two hours to see him on the fifth visit. He finally showed up. He said to go back to him in a month. I asked him if I have to wait two hours again. His response was yes. I’m not going back there ever. He is full of negative energy Erich translates throughout his office which is visible by looking at everyone working there. I never saw a smile on any of the office staff faces except Hannah. Jeff Whitsett needs to get back down in earth and remember his oath

Amazing Dr. I had cataract surgery & multifocal lens put in. My vision is absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about this Dr. or the procedure . Completely painless. The staff were all excellent & wait time was very good. My only regret is that I didn’t have this done sooner. Great, Great Doctor !!

I went into get a prescription change at an optometrist. No luck, cataracts both eyes. From a cost standpoint basic was covered by my insurance. Completely explained. I opted for the multi focal lens on both eyes. Better than 20/20 both eyes. Post op checkups at any location. If you want to see him (rather than a partner) you can simply request it. Perfect results and great recommendation from a retinal specialist. Can’t think of better service and results.

I had perfect vision until 50 and then started wearing readers. After 60 my far vision went south and I finally got 'driving' glasses. Even then my vision deteriorated where I still couldn't see properly, things were blurry and out of focus. I went to Dr Whitsett and from my first appointment on everything went flawlessly! Dr Whitsett, his staff and associates are just great and very professional. I had cataract surgery & the multifocal lenses. TRULY A MIRACLE!! Thank you Dr Whitsett!!

had cataract surgery and now have a huge blind spot in that eye. I am told this will be permanent. Dr. Whitsett has not seen me one time after the surgery instead relegating me to one of his associates in the 5 visits I have had since the procedure. They run people through like cattle. I would NOT recommend this Doctor or group.

Dr. Whitsett answered all of my questions. The waiting time in his office was not that long. He did lens replacement in one eye and one week later did the other. Prior to the procedure I needed glasses to see anything up close. There was no pain or discomfort at any time. It seemed like a miracle. I didn't need glasses again for anything.

I was referred to Dr. Whitsett by my Eye doctor and he did lasik on my husband , years back. Nothing but good quality service at that time with my husband but today I had a consultation appointment for myself and arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment since we drove 3 hours from our hometown, only to wait a hour and a half before being fed up and telling the front desk girl that I was leaving. I hate that I wasted my time, very unprofessional, I'll be looking elsewhere for lasik .
