Dr. Jeffrey Thorley, MD

First he was supposed to come and visit my father a month ago and never showed up didn't call or anything. I reached out to his office and they said that the scheduler would call me which no one ever did. Fast forward to him finally making a visit I asked him did he have a mask and he said no and said do you have a mask? Mask are of the past just like the 6ft distancing is. I said well you need to put one on I have a newborn baby as well as other kids. He ignored me and said am I going upstairs or down I came and got a mask he came in and asked my dad if he was the patient we both answered and said yes. He then throw the mask and his card on the floor and started yelling. Flung my door open and left did not do any service. His attitude is unprofessional I wouldn't recommend.

I see Dr. Thorley w/The House Call group. I ve been very pleased with the high level of service he and NP Theresa Williams provide. I’m a geriatric Patient recovering from stroke. I also live with chronic rheumatoid arthritis. At this point, I have chosen Palitive Care. These providers are very respectful and supportive of my needs. They will make suggestions and offer advice but never a “my way or the Highway” attitude. I am very grateful to have found them.
