Dr. Jeffrey Smith, MD

I absolutely love Dr. Smith and his staff. Everyone is wonderful and did everything they could to make the visit as simple as possible.

I went to see him for persistent back pain. That visit was okay. For a follow up, the second time, a woman came in to see me. She didn’t introduce herself, but she did the follow up. The 3rd visit I waited 45 minutes before I went to the desk saying I had to leave and needed to reschedule. They gave me the first appointment in the morning the next week so I would be the first patient of the day. I went back that day and waited another 45 minutes before the same woman came in. No apology. Of course she didn’t introduce herself, and I have no idea if the was another doctor, a nurse, or a resident. I was so angry I gave cursory responses so I could get out of there fast. Rude, rude, rude. To me it indicates a lack of caring

No follow up or follow through. Still waiting on referral to receive block....waiting since b4 Christmas. Staff unprofessional and no customer service skills.

Dr. Smith was a God send for my family. First my mother has a sudden collapse of her hip and needed urgent surgery for a replacement. He did an excellent job and was very compassionate. Not too long after I needed an unexpected spinal fusion surgery and right before that I fractured my kneecap and it also had to be surgically repaired. He did both for me. He is very knowledgeable and his staff are also excellent. His PA Sarah is amazing too. They have taken very good care of us.

This doctor is dangerous. I went in with severe back pain. Have had 2 appointments with him and he spent a total of maybe 10 minutes with me. Not once did he see me walk or examine me. Took his office a week to get an MRI scheduled and then blamed the imaging group for the delay which was theirs. Just now walked in and said he wanted me to schedule an epidural and by the way wants to do hip replacements. Tells me this as hes walking out...what...wait ...holdup..information please

Did not review patient chart and procedure notes from Rehabilitation MD prior to meeting with patient. Just assumed that requested 2 injections had been performed by Rehab MD. When the patient stated he still had pain and was not interested in surgery, Dr. Smith said "you will just have to learn to live with the pain".

Mr Smith talks to you like you don't now how to think for yourself, very degrading. He explained to me that the pain I am experiencing in my lower back is all in my head, and he was very serious. That's all I have to say on the matter.

Dr. Jeffrey Smith is very knowledgeable and great to visit. He did a great job on my rotator cuff surgery. He is very concerned about my health. I highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey Smith.
