Terrible bedside manner. He rushed our visit and felt like he did not care about my wellbeing. He wasn't attentive and did not listen to the patient's needs. It seemed like he just wanted to pass me off and get to his next appointment. He didn't allow for questions and clarifications and made patient fell like concerns weren't valid.

Dr. Smit and I have worked together for over a year on correcting and managing my sinuses. His professionalism and patience is amazing. During my time as his patient, he listened to my concerns and asked my opinion on treatment options. Additionally, his nurse and staff are friendly and knowledgable. His expertise is top-notch and I highly recommend him.

I never saw the Dr.! I even sat in a room for 15mins, he never showed. Someone stopped by the room said I was done and I could leave, I asked about the Dr. and she said he'll get back to you. He never did. The snippy woman who did the hearing test kept sighing and looked like I was a imposition in her work day! My $325.00 office visit and ear buzz test I guess didn't include diagnosis's. On the bill I did see a Tinnitus NOS description. so I went home and googled it.

he does not take his time i always feel rushed and not cared for as im trying to explain whats wrong he is doing 10 other things. Ive noticed it a few times but this time ive had enough i got called in and was out in 5 minutes because he rushed me and doesnt understand ive had the same problem for years and need answers not just steroids that dont help!!!!
