My son has been struggling with severe anxiety for the past year. His anxiety has been debilitating not only to him but to the entire family. My son would not even attend school. Dr. Simon has had nothing but empathy and compassion for all of us. My son is now back to school and living a happy childhood again. I honesty would not of been able to get through these past couple of months without Dr. Simon.

Pg 2. I reminded him that my appt was pushed back and that I was going to be a week short. He had such an attitude about that, like I was trying to pull one over on him. The day of my appt came and he was in a rotten mood. He accused me of abusing my Adderall and told me that he would no longer prescribe it. No further answer. I got up and walked out. Then when I tried to have my records faxed to a new Dr, I was given the run around, until I threatened legal action. Would never recommend.

PART 1 OF 2 INTERNET BEHAVIORAL STARTED CRACKING DOWN EARLY THIS YEAR ON PRESCRIPTION MISMANAGEMENT. POPULAR INSTANT RELEASE MEDS (ADDERALL, KLONOPIN, XANAX ETC) WOULD NOT BE NEWLY PRESCRIBED DUE TO THEIR ADDICTIVE TENDENCIES. ANOTHER POLICY STARTED AT THAT TIME MANDATED THAT ANYONE SEEING A PSYCHIATRIST WOULD ALSO HAVE TO SEE A THERAPIST ONCE A MONTH, NO EXCEPTIONS. NO ONE COULD GIVE ME A CLEAR ANSWER AS TO WHY. I WAS ALSO TRICKED INTO REDUCING MY A.D.D. MEDS BECAUSE IM NOT WORKING/SCHOOL

Dr. Simon is the most caring + hard working MD a patient could ever ask for. I've struggled with addiction for 17 years. 12 months ago, when I came to the conclusion that I was ready to take my life back. I found the resources to help me do so were not easy to find. After months of searching for medical help, I could only get evaluations months away. When I was lucky enough to find Dr. Simon, I got an immediate appointment. From that first day his attitude and personality put me at ease.

After meeting with several doctors over a period of 8 years, I was beginning to feel hopeless as no one was able to figure out a comprehensive treatment plan that could alleviate the symptoms of my anxiety and depression. I was also concerned about jeopardizing my sobriety due to my history of addiction. And than I met Dr. Simon!!! He is one of the most caring, compassionate and knowledgeable doctors in the mental health field. He truly gave me my life back!
