Dr. Sanwick is a great urologist. He is well up-to-date with his practice and is very informative on getting you proper treatment. I've had two visits with him and I trust his judgment 100%. Unfortunately his office doesn't provide the same type of service he does. The people that work there are totally effing rude. There was a miscommunication on an x-ray appointment I had. I tried to get my appointment scheduled 2 days earlier and the girl who care less about my situation. I get it that your offices are busy but you do not have to be rude to me and talk down to me while I'm trying to resolve my medical situation. Just now if you are going to go this office please taking it consideration the people that work there are the most unempathetic people you'll ever meet.

Dr Sanwick is the best, but his office people are less than best. They close the office and don't answer the phones from 12-1:30 everyday, which is a pain. The nurses are rude, 2 of them anyway, and good luck getting a return phone call after leaving a message-maybe two days later. He used to have the nicest most efficient people when we first started going there about a year ago. I think the current nurses hate their jobs. I'd like to change doctors, but he is the best.
