Dr. Jeffrey Root, MD

Dr. Root deserves 10 stars! During COVID, my brother was in the hospital and we didn't know if he would live or die. As his next of kin it was up to me to help with his care the best that I could. When he was in such bad shape that he would communicate with me, it was more than hard. He would call to say he is dying, or needs to go into hospice or something of the like with no real information. I was a basket case to say the least. I could get very little information out of the nursing staff at Northside. I get it, they were swamped, but I was a concerned family member. I finally tracked down Dr. Roots cell number. I have to say that wasn't easy. At one time, I just started calling Kaiser surgeons that worked at Northside to no avail. Once I got Dr. Roots number it was a Godsend. He took excellent care of my brother I now know and he communicated at least daily with me, despite his busy schedule. He gave me his permission to call anytime I needed to, and I did. Thank You!

Please make sure you area rating the correct Dr jeffery Root. Surgeon not dentist!! He is phenomenal!!! Saved me!!!!

My experience over two years with Dr. Root was unsatisfactory. He ignored dental problems that he should have addressed, and he performed procedures that had to be redone later, by other dentists.
