Dr. Jeffrey Rockoff, MD

Dr. Rockoff is wonderful. However, my experience with the receptionists has been disappointing—they are rude, lack compassion, and do not have the necessary skills for their role. My son recently underwent testing, and I’ve been trying to speak with a doctor about his new borderline allergies, which are causing serious GI issues, for over a month. Unfortunately, Dr. Rockoff’s office is the only medical provider my family uses that does not have a patient portal, which would be incredibly helpful given the receptionists’ apparent gatekeeping. Additionally, my son has a severe peanut allergy, making timely communication even more critical. I feel completely defeated and frustrated, and as a result, I am now looking for a new doctor.

Took my daughter to Dr Rockoffs office and we were seen by Anastasia who is an NP. We had an outstanding experience Anastasia was very thorough in her exam and gave us excellent service and was very informative . No negative aspects of the visit from the moment we walked in to the moment we left.

Unfortunately, we drove to the wrong location. Called to let them know of the mistake. Was told to drive to correct location to see if we could get in. Doctor's office is over an hour from our home, was 30 min late, waited an additional 15 min to be told my son wouldn't be seen. Paid the missed appt fee and told them we'd be looking for a doctor closer to us. Had to miss 4 hours of work because of this.

The overall office visit went very well. I was taking my daughter for the very first time and the wait time was short, staff was pleasant and most of all the doctor seemed knowledgeable. He works well with kids, too!

Longest wait times, guaranteed weekly for those interested in allergy shots. Continually 30+ minutes sitting in the waiting room for a shot that takes 30 seconds to complete. If you're only planning on an allergy testing or the occassional visit, that's fine, but I don't relish waiting over 2 hours every month. Nurses are very nice and always provide a kind but unhelpful excuse for being late, but reception can be a bit brusque in manner. Choose another office, though and save yourself hassle.
