I have gone to Dr. Rochen for 7 years. He is very professional and straight to the point in terms of my T1D. He is always answers any question or concern I may have. He and his nurse are wonderful to work with, however the rest of the customer service staff at Kelsey Seybold is just horrible. They are rude and do not make any effort to hide the fact that you are inconveniencing them by needing their assistance. With that being said, I'm sad to say I will no longer being seeing Dr. Rochen.

I love Dr Rochen and have gone to him for many years. He is very thorough and to the point. He does NOT waste your time. He is prompt with your appointment time, identifies your issue, and sends you on your way. Blood work at any Kelsey Seybold is steps away. He notifies you immediately with your results via mail, call or you checking the website. My son has been to him as well as my husband. We are all in agreement that he takes his job seriously and gets to the matter at hand. Bravo Dr Rochen!
