Dr. Jeffrey Rice, DMD

Husband had multiple abscess and had to have two teeth removed. Staff were amazing! Dr. Rice listened and examined and scheduled surgery within a few days. Surgery went smoothly and healed up beautifully. Highly recommend.

Wouldn't even check my insurance just wanted cash, very rude during visit charged for office visit which was supposed to be covered by insurance

The worst experience with any doctor's office I've ever had! Had to take my son for a simple consultation to have wisdom teeth removed. Took the day off work and drove the thirty miles. Sat in the waiting room for one hour. After asking how much longer, was taken to the exam room. After twenty-five minutes more, the nurse came in to start a background. She randomly left. After another twenty-five minutes, we left. I have never experienced anything like this! Furthermore, the office itself is extremely outdated and weird in general. What an absolute waste of time and gas and work off money!

The called a week ago to move our appointment from 1:30 to 1:15. Then we are finally in the chair at 3:15 but still waiting. If we had any other choice I would have left!

Totally unorganized I had a referral, I had an appointment. for a tooth extraction. And DR. RICE comes in with a needle expecting to numb it up. Then the assistant tells me I need an appointment to see what I needed done...... ohhhhhh I thought that is exactly what a referral was for. You people had my x-rays and even told me the day it was getting extracted. But no that half a$$ doctor didn't even look Clowns

Staff was super rude! Just wants your money and then wants you out! Bad bedside manners! Consider any other practice

Dr. Rice pulled both of my impacted wisdom teeth when I was in college, and now recently removed all of my top teeth for dentures. He knows what he is doing and before you know it you wake up through the procedure. The nurses are all sweethearts and answer any and all questions if you need to follow up for any reason. As an autoimmune disease patient I have a high risk of infection and normally have a harder time healing than most, and I have had zero issues or complications with Dr. Rice. My only complaint would be the receptionists/secretaries. They seem to like to rush on the phone and it feels like they're not really listening. But 9 out of 10 times they are just directing you to the Dr. or the nurses who are great. And honestly if I had to listen to whiney people who just had facial/oral surgery 5 days a week, I'd probably be pushy and to the point as well.

Staff was rude rude rude...! Go somewhere else save yourself the frustration. I though it was me but I read other reviews and I agree with low star rating reviews. Staff acted like you were an inconvenience by showing up for ur appointment. It’s amazing that this many complain About same thing and nothing is done about it why even write reviews. Staff horrible go somewhere else!

I've had major problems In the past that nearly killed me and I'm understandably terrified of going to the dentists anymore, Dr. rice and his nursing staff made me feel at ease and did everything they possibly could to make me comfortable. They are reasonably priced, friendly and fast! I highly Reccommend You call Dr. Rice for any of your dental needs!

what is going on with this office. I know your busy but when we go to cleveland clinic for anything. they are so well organized and that is a big place. you never wait more than 5 minutes there and they have your records in hand. My husband was early for his appointment in dr. rice's office . no one was in the waiting room and he waited 1 and 1/2 hours. believe me he was not very happy with this office. No one seems to know what is going on. they can't find his records the dr. was as confused.

Horrible!!! All teeth removed for dentures. Three weeks out still in pain large bumps can't close my mouth. No e chips coming through everywhere. Was rushed in rushed through my procedure. Took no time to be gentle to cause less trauma. Did not listen to my concerns

This is my second major jaw surgery with Dr Rice and I can’t say enough about how wonderful I have been treated. Dr Rice is so caring and his staff, including his associate, went out of their way for me when I had an emergency after surgery. Would recommend his office to anyone!!!

If I said the staff (Brandy to be specific) is terrible that would be an understatement. She was yelling at me and interrupting every sentence! Making problems instead of being of any assistance. Brandy should be fired. She hung up on me when I was trying to get them to send a letter to senior transportation with my appointment information. I was scheduled for surgery and suddenly found myself without a car.I had to reschedule my surgery twice.All within 5 days to a week before my appointment.The last time I had to reschedule, I explained the situation and that I was TRYING to get there and was sorry for the reschedules.The woman in the office told me that was fine, but instead of rescheduling again, to call when I had a car. I called today and Dr. Ali told me to find a new surgeon because I rescheduled too many times. So upsetting

I went to Dr Rice because my TMJ is causing a lot of pain and headaches. He did an i-scan to look at it, and found that my airway is 75% blocked. He is doing surgery on it. He very likely saved my life.

Dr. Rice removed 12 teeth for my son-in-law, including four impacted wisdom teeth, and he was absolutely wonderful. We wouldn't change a thing. No pain, quick, kind. We love him.

My daughter has been a patient with Dr Rice for the last few years. We found him to be a courteous and a knowledgeable doctor.

The staff is discourteous at best and escalate any problems instead of trying to solve them. I found Dr. Rice to be one of the most incredibly painful dentists I have ever been to. While most dentists now seem to be able to give novocaine with little or no pain, Dr. Rice does not seem to have that knack. I could have pulled my own teeth with less pain. I was belittled, misunderstood, and treated very badly. Find someone else.

I had a absolute horrible experience with Dr Rice & his staff.
