Unprofessional and uncaring
Dr. Punim had taken no time prior to my appointment to acquaint himself with my health history. He spent the time during our appointment to read my history. He then sent me for an injection that the insurance company refused to pay for saying it was medically unnecessary. He refused to contact them on my behalf.

F- . I would NEVER recommend Dr. Punim to anyone!
I just saw Dr. Punim yesterday, 10/12/2022 @9:00AM. However I called ahead of time and asked the secretary about there procedural protocols but because the office worker there said that she was unable to answer any of my questions she suggested that I ask my questions to Dr. Punim when I get there the next day. The bottom line is that Dr. Jeffrey Punim was totally dismissive of any of my questions concerning there brand new protocols. He would only say that everything is now done electronically. I has several non-medical procedural protocol type questions that he refused to answer. I give Dr. Punim a grade of (F-) for his dismissive attitude toward me and I will be seeking a different M.D.! David L. Menefee Jr. M.D.'s like Jeffrey Punim shouldn't be doctors!!
