Dr. Jeffrey Newman, MD

In 2012 I went to Dr. Newman with bloody stool. He gave me suppositories and they seemed to help. A few months later the blood was back. I asked for a colonoscopy and he said I didn't need one and told me he had never had one. A little later my insurance requested a stool sample by mail and immediately told me to get a colonoscopy. I did and they found stage 3 colon cancer. If I had had a colonoscopy when I first went to him, I might not have had to go through chemo, radiation and surgery. I also asked him for something for anxiety and he sold me a bottle of 30 generic Alprazolam out of his office.

The GOAT, for the older ones, that means greatest of all time. I have been with this office since 2011, this office is more than a DR office, these people care. I have always felt like family there, like I was loved from front desk to nursing. Newman is more than a physician. He truly understands along with his incredible PAC Erin, that medical care is way more than a diagnosis, its a physical and mental body, youre more than your pains and were all just humans trying to figure out life. I will choose an office any day that I know i can run to wether my issues are physical or mental and know im going to be HEARD. Ill tell you being heard can be so mentally FREEING and not being heard can KEEP you ill. thank you ALL FOREVER. ?????? - Sarah Reese Martinez

Misdiagnoses cancer

I have know Dr Newman a long time. He is caring, compassionate and always takes time to listen. I have recommended him to many of my friends.

Doctor Newman and his crew did a great job. They cleaned out my ears that had lot of wax. My ears were plugged up. I had a third cranial nerve palsy and I was seeing double. Since the ear cleaning my vision improved greatly and is getting better. I can see clearly and read the bible again with both eyes focused. Thanks a lot.

My opinion Dr. Newman is professionally up to date. A comfortable atmosphere.
