Dr. Jeffrey Moffett, DMD

Dr. Moffett runs a sham of an office. From their website: '..we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement..'. This is a blatant lie. Consult in February, told insurance would cover 80%, it would take 4-6 weeks for the insurance process. Months later in June, received a text that I'm responsible for 100%. They will not allow me to reschedule in order for insurance verification again, and are gladly telling me a deposit is being forfeited. They do not have anyone doing billing and refuse to contact the insurance company. They state it is my responsibility to insure the insurance covers the procedure. This office, including the receptionist, office manager, and Dr. Moffett simply regurgitate repeatedly what their policy is, with no care for the patients. Run and stay away from Dr. Moffett and his office! Any issues will result with Dr. Moffett calling you and simply end in you being yelled at. I've never been called asinine by a doctor until this morning.

After a Horrible experience with another surgeon in Port St Lucie! I came to Dr Moffett and he has been in my opinion the best ORAL SURGEON. It’s been a hard year of healing but so far things have gone great! Whenever I needed anything his staff has been a call away! Thank you

I saw a previous review where someone referred to Dr. Moffett as a "mouth magician" and they are not wrong! My nephew was referred to Moffett Oral Surgery for an emergency tooth extraction. Dr. Moffett and his assistant, Dali, were very calming and walked him through each step so he knew what to expect. My nephew was surprised and happy at how quick the actual procedure was (which says a lot because he was very anxious and scared). I can not recommend Dr. Moffett enough...seriously they're amazing!!!

The office staff was very professional, personable, and friendly. They were prompt as everything went on time. Everything went as they said it would. I was very nervous coming in and they reassured me. Dr. Moffett clearly knows what he is doing. This is what he does. I HUGELY recommend his practice for dental implant surgery.

After my past experience with Dr. Moffet we will never use him again he is extremely unprofessional with handling questions being asked by the patient and decides to storm off when he feels the question is stupid . Will never use him or refer him to anyone .
