Definitely not a caring or concerned doctor. He avoids his patients and their families, making himself difficult to communicate with. More importantly, he is not upholding his oath of 'First, do no harm'. Prematurely pushes hospice on patients that do not require the service. Avoid him to protect your well being!!!

I would have rated higher but it appears no office staff in Livingston texas returns calls whether you need to reschedule an appointment or need additional help. That is a deal breaker for me. It is a big f u to the patient without physical showing you. Common courtesy folks please. UNTIL THEN I WILL KEEP LOOKING IT IS A SHAME HE SEEMS LIKE HE IS A VERY CAPABLE DOCTOR

He explains things to me great and I trust his opinion. When insurance stops paying for one of my medicines, he is good about finding me a cheaper different one which is good when you live on a fixed buget!!!

I saw Dr. Luna for 2 years before I moved for work and never had a problem. He kept an eye on everything for me and my family. Would recommend him to anyone and have.

He was the first person to accurately diagnose me with rheumatoid arthritis and made a referral to a rheumatologist. My pain is so much better now since starting methotrexate. I highly recommend him.

I HAVE GOOD INSURANCE AND TRIED TO CALL DR. JEFFERY LUNA BUT HIS SECRETARY SAID HES NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS. I ASKED MY FRIENDS AND SEEMS HES THE ONLY DOCTOR IN TOWN NOT TAKING NO ONE ELSE. IM A CHRISTIAN AND I COULDNT TELL SOME ONE THAT. MY OTHER FRIEND CALLED AND WAS TOLD THE SAME THING. WHO DOES HE THINK HE IS?

Dr. Luna has been taking care of me and my family for about 3 years now. No complaints thus far. He has a good sense of humor. To be honest I can’t remember a time I have seen him where we didn’t laugh about something. Sometimes it is hard to walk in without an appointment but if your really sick they will try to squeeze You in.

Dr Luna’s patients have his number. His orders tests every tine I go there there never get back to you if something is URGENT. I asked him one time why he ordered blood work because I just had some two weeks before; his reply was just because(?). When you leave your visit the receptionist wants to schedule your next appt. to review your bloodwork. He misdiagnoses. He’s friendly and amiable but the opposite of PATIENT CENTERED more $ centered.

He doesn’t seem to listen my complaints. He might say my pain is a muscle spasm when I think I know my own body best and can tell if it an acute pain or a muscle spasm!

Dr. Luna's office staff is courteous and helpful. He takes time to listen to my questions and answers them. Me and my family are under his care. Had he not put my dad in the hospital he would have died of pneumonia.
