Dr. Jeffrey Litman, DMD

After researching oral surgeons in the area we are moving to I found Dr. Litman. The reviews written were compelling. I am 73 and had concerns about extracting teeth since I am taking a bone building drug which can cause jaw issues. Dr Litman answered my questions, addressed my concerns and was so kind. The surgery was done yesterday and I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful surgeon and professional. The entire staff was so very kind. I HIGHLY recommend this Dr.!

My mother used Dr. Litman and raved about how great he was when she had some teeth pulled. She said it was painless and healed up nicely. She highly recommends him!

I had been hoping I'd be able to get my wisdom teeth removed before I went back to college, and I was very pleased that I managed to get an opening. I wasn't too nervous (I love everything medical/surgical related and am pre-med myself), but he made the entire experience very comfortable. After injecting the IV, we had a casual conversation before the anesthesia took over, where I asked if all of the wisdom teeth videos you see online are dramatic. He listened to my stupid, joking questions with a positive attitude, and the atmosphere was very pleasant, which I appreciated. The first thing I asked when I woke up was if I could thank him, but I was told he was already onto another patient. The experience was great, and he called later on to check in on me and ask if I had any questions. He was awesome and I have no complaints. I read reviews prior, not knowing who I had, so when I heard I had Dr. Litman, I was happy. He lived up to the expectations and surpassed them.

Being in the medical field myself I have worked with and met many surgeons. Full disclosure, I used to work for him. What he didn’t know while I was at his practice is that I had bad teeth and needed a lot done to restore my teeth. So, I humbly went to Dr. Litman and asked for his help. I was so embarrassed yet when I made my appointment for an evaluation he treated be with dignity and respect. Once my big day came where I was going to have an involved 2 hour surgery, he popped his head in the room to let me know he would be right with me and asked how I was doing. He already knew I was nervous being the patient. When he came in he answered any last minute questions and tried to put me at ease. I can tell you that once he started to sedate me, my anxiety melted away and I did not feel a thing during my entire surgery. He truly tailors each case to each patient. When I used to work for him, he was great with teens getting their wisdom teeth out. Simply put, he IS a Top Doc!

Going to Dr. Litman was the best thing. He diagnosed me quickly and got me treatment immediately. I am in recovery and my prognosis is good and it all started with Dr. Litman. I am forever grateful, thank you Dr. Litman.

Dr. Litman was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was going to do. I didn’t feel a thing. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Litman and his staff at Haddon Oral surgeons were great for my wisdom teeth surgery. The procedure was smooth. I was put to sleep so I didn't have to see or hear anything and left pain free. Everyone was accommodating and real nice. Would definitely recommend this practice to all of South Jersey.

Dr Litman is amazing. Concerned and compassionate. Explained everything he was doing before during and after surgery. He has great hands! His easy going personality ,honesty, and sense of humor made me feel at ease I highly recommend him if you need oral surgery! I have to acknowledge his staff too. Reception gave full explanation of cost and aftercare and dental assistant (Amanda) was great.
