Dr. Jeffrey Lindaberry, DO

Dr. Lindaberry has been our family physician for close to 19 years. He has always given us sound advice and recommendations to other specialists who have served us well over the years. We have full confidence in him and his staff and wouldn't consider another practitioner in this area. We have been very fortunate to have been accepted as his patients. His PA (Chad) and the office staff are easy to work with and there is little waiting time with appointments,

14 hours agoNEW This one star review is not for Dr Lindaberry. It's for the incompetent "personal nurse" who I called 3 times, scheduled 3 teleconference calls this week and none of them took place. I doubt that she even told Dr Lindaberry, because after trusting him with my health the past 7 years he would have at least called me. She lied to me 3 times. I was diagnosed with COVID-19 August 7th. Since then, my neighbor has died from COVID-19, several coworkers have it and one is in an induced Coma on a ventilator and is only 38 years old. I hope those at McLeod Health clean up the incompetence before a great Dr is tarnished by this!

I was a patient in that office for sixteen years. I am a healthy person with no health conditions, so Dr. Lindaberry, without notifying me, assigned me to whoever was auditioning for his assistant at the time. In fifteen years, I was treated by eight medical personnel there; two doctors and a variety of nurse practitioners and physicians assistants. Nomonitored me when I was taking anti-anxiety medication for ten years and started fainting from the side effects. No one listened to me and I had to wean myself off the medicine myself. I suffered for two years with extreme effects from the medication such as sweating, crying, sleeplessness, weight gain. Finally after being sent to several specialists who were her associates,by Jessica Thesitis, I was to,d she left the office and I am currently looking for a REAL DOCTOR. Shame on that office for treating me so badly.

It was my first visit and he was very through. He spent a lot of time with me covering all my problems and addressing my concerns.

I am disappointed. The wait time is very long. Typically, the appointment, from arrival to completion, takes 2.5-3 hours. Also, I have lab work done in another facility and they have misplaced the lab work several times. It has taken several days to have prescriptions filled. I have decided to go somewhere else. The doctors and staff have treated me well. They just aren't very efficient.

It is always refreshing to go to this office. Highly organized and efficient with a great staff. You never feel rushed and always feel cared about. Jessica- simply superb. Knowledgeable, thorough and really takes the time needed, with a beautiful approach. Jessica will hear what's important to you and with a compassionate concern and respect. I truly appreciate this office and it really could not be better.

I like Dr Lindaberry but am disappointed with his staff. It's been 10 days since my appointment and Express Scripts has not yet gotten my prescriptions from the doctor. I am running out of medication, my old doctor in Maryland was nice enough to give me two refills as it took 2 mos to get an appointment with the Dr L. He will not do it again. I told Dr L I was running low. Evidently they don't care. I called to advise them and left two messages. so far no call. I'm going by to see them now.
