I have been seeing Dr. Kim for several years now and he is always upbeat and very professional. He listens attentively and addresses any concerns I may have with knowledgeable medical advise. I look forward to my visits as I am confident that any issues I am experiencing will be resolved in a timely manner. I love that I am able to communicate with him via My Chart whenever I have a question or need a medication refilled. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new Dr. My hubby and I have been going to Loma Linda for our medical needs for many years and have found everyone there to be professional, competent and caring!

I don’t see why Dr. Kim received some low reviews. I think he is a kind, caring, attentive, lots of patience with his clients. I have seen Dr. Kim several of times, addressed my concerns immediately-thank goodness for Mychart. My father and mother in-laws who has been followed by Dr. Kim always said nice things about him. Keep up the good work Dr. Kim.

Dr. Kim is not a very good doctor. I have seen him a few times and i felt judged and felt like he has no compassion for his patients. His staff isnt much better. Grouchy ladies that look annoyed if you need anything like a copy made which they charge 10.00 for. Dont bother with this doctor.

Because my problem showed only minimal symptoms I felt he did not address it with seriousness. He would ask me questions which I would begin to answer but before finishing he would ask me something different. I feel he could have communicated better, this includes listening and speaking. I left feeling like I'd have found better information on the internet and that I'd wasted my money.
