Dr. Jeffrey Katz, DPM

Dr Katz was very nice, so I didn’t give one star. My disappointment in him was concerning a very specialized surgery I need. I came for an initial visit to see if I was a candidate for the surgery. They took my insurance information ( he is on the approved list for my coverage). At that point, he should have informed me that all his surgeries are done out of St Jude, and my insurance does not cover that location. End of visit. Instead, he took lots of X-rays and gave me hope he could help. He scheduled a second visit to review the X-rays. In the review he was vague about if he could help me, that my insurance would not cover it and tried to sell me expensive orthotics. Bottom line, he just milked my insurance for two visits and lots of X-rays.

Dr Katz helped my teenage son by sending him for further testing for a rare medical condition. He did a thorough exam, had great bedside manner, compassion, and knowledge. His staff was very helpful with scheduling and insurance billing. We are forever greatful for his knowledge and expertise. Dr Katz is an angel in my son's life.

Dr. Katz is very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me with foot pain related to diabetes. He's also performed surgery on family members that completely alleviated their foot pain. He takes time and attends to every patient directly. Great staff too!

Excellent physician, excellent staff. They are all kind and compassionate. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

If I could give this establishment a fat ZERO I would. My husband and I went to see doctor Jeffery about a year and a half ago. He has bad foot problems and the doctor recommended a orthotic for his shoe. We explained to him the last doctor recommended the same thing but that we can't afford it because the insurance wouldn't cover it.. So we told him NO unless it gets covered so he reassures us he'll figure something out and call us. Fast forward to a few weeks later and they call us to tell

I left another review and there was no way to add or change it. After Dr. Katz failed at five attempts to make inserts for me, I was less than happy. I asked for my money back. He did refund my portion of my expenses and sent a letter of apology. It was more than I expected.
