Dr. Jeffrey Kam, MD

Dr. Kam and his staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I first visited when I had a fairly severe allergic reaction that caused my face to swell. I went in for allergy testing and both Dr. Kam and his staff were so friendly and helpful, and I loved seeing his interactions with his staff. It is obvious there is a lot of mutual respect there. Since then I?ve has a few tela-health followup appointments. I appreciate the convenience of these appointments and again feel the warmth and care of Dr. Kam each time we chat. I would highly recommend Dr. Kam and his office to anyone.

I had a routine office visit and expected a copay of $60 or less. He billed my insurance company $288 for a 20 minute office visit. I received no treatment or medication. I got a diagnosis and was given a prescription. Then I received a bill for $144. That my insurance would g pay. I tried to call Straub but they had no explanation for the egregious charge.
