I was very happy with my initial care, but eventually felt I wasn't being heard and was brushed off as a hopeless case after 3 surgeries and a worsening condition

I was referred to Dr. Jackson from a sports medicine doctor I trust. He told me Dr. Jackson was one of the only surgeons in Utah that could repair my torn labrum in my hip. I went to see him while I waited for my other injury to heal and we set up a date for surgery. He was professional and informative through the whole process. I’m happy to say that a year post op I don’t even think about my hip anymore. It is 100% pain free and I’m back to running ultramarathons.

Dr. Jaxon fixed what a more experienced doctor couldn’t! I was able to play b-ball within 3 and a half months.

Dr Jackson is the best. He allways answers my questions clearly and is very patient with me. I am forever asking him sill procedure questions but he never loses patience with me and allways smiles and answers my questions. He is just the best Orthopedic doctor I have ever encountered and I will continue to visit him. I have told all of my friends and family members what a good doctor he is, so hopefully he will have more of our family business.

Recently had my second shoulder replacement by Dr. Jackson. He is a wonderful caring surgeon who treats the whole person - you're not just a knee or a shoulder to him. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I saw a few different surgeons before finally setteling on Dr, Jackson. He is very professional very personable and takes his time answering any questions or concerns you may have. I had hip surfer on with him as a 24 year old 5 months later I have absolutely no pain and have no problem standing, walking, bending etc all day. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Jackson did full shoulder replacements on each of my shoulders. For years I had managed a great amount of pain. He is a true professional and takes great pride in his quality of work but also shares a deep concern for a patient. I have been teaching Martial Arts for over 30 years but my shoulder pain was really impacting my ability to function. This is a pretty painful surgery and extensive recovery but I can truly say that I am grateful, feeling 100% better and still train. Great job.

Dr. Jackson is an incredible physician and surgeon. I have referred several friends and family members to him, as well as being seen by him myself. He is very patient, and knowledgeable. He also has great bedside manner and is very sensitive to his patient needs. I have never seen a physician so involved in his patients care. His staff is very professional and experienced as well. Overall, I would recommend this orthopedic surgeon to anyone in need of an outstanding provider.

Dr. Jackson has operated on several of my friends and family over the past couple of years. They have all given him excellent reviews and highly recommend him. I have had him look at my shoulder that needs to be operated on and am planning on having him do it next year. Very professional and personable.

Dr Jackson was very understanding and explained each and every doubt that we asked patiently. He did an excellent work on my total hip replacement surgery and my recovery was a great success. He even recommends well trained and knowledgable physical therapists for post recovery care. He was a great blessing during our time of distress to whether go forward with such a major surgery or not. Highly recommend him to all.

From first meeting this doctor my experience is horrible cause he treated me like I was stupid and below him! I do not need a rip replacement but he has only concentrated on a cyst in my hip instead of the tear I have in my labrum! But would not speak to me directly cause I was very confident and positive about how my hip feels!! Then I decided to let him do a arthroscopic surgery on March 25, 2016 and on my way into the operating room I noticed a young girl texting on her phone!! No good!

I am very impressed with Dr. Jackson as a professional and his technical skills. His bedside manner is great and his staff very supportive and personable. He performed my shoulder surgery which is finally getting back to normal following a Rotator Cuff surgery I had 6 months prior by another surgeon.
