Horrible Staff
Dr Hamby is a wonderful doctor! His insurance staff is worthless! Numerous times his insurance person fails to input insurance referrals or she inputs them improperly! She is incompetent and always out of the office! My care has been delayed several weeks due to her inability to do her job, and this is NOT the first time! It’s time for a negligent lawsuit!

DON’T GO HERE….Horrible…
DON’T GO HERE….Horrible….This Medical Office is horrible. The staff is incompetent. They Never return calls, over booked and understaffed. Both the staff and Dr. Hamby seem to be rushed and non caring. There is no follow through. We will not be going to this office again. They just don’t care

I've never felt rushed with Dr. Hamby. He takes the time to listen to me and doesn't rush me through like cattle. As a matter of fact, I was in the exam room when he got some news of an accident to someone in his family. After hearing this he still sat in the room until i suggested he go because you could tell he was troubled. I wasn't sick it was a routine visit but yet he still waited to check on me. He also keeps current with new medical issues.

Ended up in the ER on a weekend and Dr Hamby was on duty.Was in a serious work related accident a week prior and ran out of pain medication so went to ER as directed by original treating doctor suggested to get another prescription.Was subjected to sarcasm and accusations of faking because I had no broken bones according to Dr. Hamby.He hadn't even seen or talked to me yet to find out what was going on.He ordered an ekg and chest xray for heart problems according to the nurse, who was also RUDE!
