Dr Greenspoon did a total knee replacement on me and it was all messed up. I couldnt walk very far and when I had it redone, that surgeon told my husband he was surprised I could walk at all. I saw a gentleman waiting to be seated in a restaurant and had shoulder surgery. His first one was by Greenspoon and he said he had to have it redone because Greenspoon messed it up. DO NOT GO TO GREENSPOON!!! Would not recommend him. The only reason he got one sr=tar from me was because I had to leave him at least one star to review him. He actually gets no stars from me.

Called with a bad shoulder. Did not expect to see the doctor for weeks. The receptionist asked me, can you come in tomorrow at 8:30? after I picked myself up off the floor I said yes, thanks, I'll be there. Everyone from the receptionist through the doctor himself has been stellar. they got me in as quickly as possible even with the coronavirus. The surgery at Viera Hospital went exceptionally smoothly. I would never hesitate recommending this physician/surgeon and all of his office staff to anyone who has a shoulder problem. I am 37 days post-op and the therapist tells me I am ahead of schedule for a full recovery which will get me back into the swimming pool. I know others who have used Dr. Greenspoon and have been far more than satisfied with the results. They actually recommended him to me. I am really glad they did. Again, this is a great practice.

Dr Greenspoon repaired my rotator cuff and removed a large lipoma on the top of my right shoulder. From the very first visit I had complete confidence in him. I am 4 weeks post op and well ahead of my expected rehabilitation. I would highly recommend him to any one needing a shoulder repaired.

Dr. Greenspoon was able to diagnose and correct with a second knee surgery what Dr Sands messed up with my 1st knee surgery. I would highly recommend Dr Greenspoon for any complex knee issues you're experiencing.

Dr. Greenspoon is a very honest surgeon. I feel he mentally prepares you for your surgery. I was able to get myself ready for my knee surgery and I feel I am doing quite well in therapy.

This review is based on 2 surgery encounters with Dr. Greenspoon. He has properly diagnosed both my shoulder and knee surgery requirements. My 1st shoulder surgery was improperly diagnosed by several other doctors (mistaken as a neck issue). After Dr. Greenspoon stated I needed the shoulder surgery I went to the Jewett Clinic to validate his diagnosis since my confidence level was low. He was spot on except the full extent of the damage was not detectable from x-ray or MRI. Both surgeries have been successful (still working rehab for my knee). My shoulder recovery allows me to play most sports at a moderate level and best of all I have no more headaches related to that injury (used to be daily). Though his office has changed over the years hi staff has always remained professional and courteous.

The first time I saw the doctor was 3 months following my knee replacement. Prior visits were with a PA. When I did meet with Dr. Greenspoon he did not seem to want to listen to my concerns and kind of brushed me off. I am still having range of motion problems and asked it I should continue PT. He said I can do it at home. I also was the first patient that had a wound vac following surgery. No one in his office could answer questions regarding how long it needs to stay on etc. Not happy with results.

I pleasantly found Dr Greenspoons office to be extremely efficient, I found the use of the GetWell Loop as a daily check in and a vehicle to share information very comforting. Though the GetWell Loop Questions or concerns were answered quickly.

Dr. Greenspoon wanted to do surgery with out an MRI. I was stunned since the joint has osteoarthritis which surgery cannot fix. He would have left me crippled. He wrote the wrong diagnosis codes on the MRI and the insurance would not cover the cost due to the wrong codes. Office Receptionist was combative and extremely rude. His assistant was unhelpful. He screamed at his staff and talked down at me. Stay away and if you go to him get a second opinion.
