Dr Glenn was.so attentive and caring. I had my knee surgery done and the level of care was remarkable from beginning to end. He explained everything very well and is extremely careful about what needs done before and after including bandaging and rehab

My visit was amazing! Dr. Glenn knew exactly what was causing my pain and how we should go about fixing it. I was very pleased with this direct knowledge and how he explained everything to me in an understandable manner. I could tell he cared about my problem and wanted to fix it! Along with this, Dr. Glenn was very efficient, getting straight to the point, which I loved! Great Doc I highly recommend!

Dr. Glenn performed surgery on my knee not too long ago. He understood my condition well and took great care of me. My knee is feeling so much better since the surgery and the healing time has been quick!

I was referred to Dr Glenn about my knee. From the onset of my total knee replacement adventure I made an appointment with Dr Glenn and my experience has been wonderful. The staff and Dr Glenn were very professional, courteous and informative. Everything was explained in great detail and all questions were answered. I followed all pre and post surgery advice. I knew that the knee replacement was going to take some work on my end. The physical therapy went extremely well! It's been 4 months and I'm doing great. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Jeffrey Glenn for my shoulder. He took the time to listen to my concerns and he provided me with an honest and accurate assessment of my options.My shoulder surgery went smoothly and I am back to doing all my activities again with no pain.If you are in need of orthopedic care, I highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey Glenn. He is a gifted physician who truly cares about his patients and is dedicated to providing the best possible care.

Dr. Glenn did surgery on my knee a few weeks ago. He was tentative to my needs and understanding about my condition. My knee is now pain free and the healing time has been quick. I am highly satisfied!

Dr. Glenn seemed pompous and arrogant. He spent only 5 minutes with me. He did not explain surgical procedure and gave no options. He performed a lateral hip replacement . I am still trying to recover strength, range of motion, and be out of pain -- nine months later. He did not offer the anterior approach with much better recovery time, usually 4-6 weeks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR. GLENN.

My uncle was referred Dr. Glenn due to pain in hip, end stage arthritis, in need of a hip replacement. Dr. Glenn spent approximately five minutes with him, refused to describe the surgery he recommended, a Lateral Approach, and offered no other options, such as an Anterior Approach. He treated my uncle as an ignorant patient whose only role would be to follow his orders. When asked the surgery Dr. Glenn told him, “I don’t have the time to train you as a surgeon. I know what I am doing. You will have to trust me.” I was shocked that my uncle was treated that way. He was bullied and denied his rights as a patient and human being. Later, I heard from others in my uncle's community, that he had treated them in a similar manner. My uncle is still in pain and slowly recovering 8 months later. Others who had the Anterior Approach healed in 6-8 weeks. Do not go to the surgeon.

I went to Dr. Glenn due to hip pain from end stage arthritis and referred for hip replacement. Dr. Glenn spent approximately five minutes with me, refused to describe the surgery he recommended which was a Lateral Approach. He offered no other options, such as an Anterior Approach, that is newer with better outcomes. I felt treated like an ignorant patient whose only role would be to follow his orders. When I asked questions, Dr. Glenn told me, “I don’t have the time to train you as a surgeon. I know what I am doing. You will have to trust me.” I felt bullied and denied my rights as a patient and human being. Later, I heard from others in my community, that he had treated them in a similar manner. My recovery is ongoing after eight months. Friends with Anterior Approach healed in 6 to 8 weeks.

I had a meniscus repair on Aug 7. After the surgery my knee was swollen and painful. I saw Dr Glenn and his nurse practitioner, Taylor. They offered no help. Taylor said some people are not happy with the surgery and she could tell I was one of them.Taylor prescribed Steroids & 700 mg ibuprofen.On my last visit Dr Glenn announced as he walked into the room that he had done nothing wrong. My complaint is the lack of concern about my pain. The lack of further examination to determine the cause of the severe swelling.

Dr. Glenn replaced my right knee and I am totally satisfied.He is going to replace my left knee soon. His staff is superb.I totally recommend him for knee surgery.I would go to him for other procedures.

No long waiting in the lobby for my appointment. Dr. Glenn explained everything that was going on in an easily understandable way. He has done 2 surgeries on my knee so far and I am confident he will provide an appropriate treatment plan for my shoulder. The office staff was also friendly and very professional.

I asked the PT staff who they would recommend if getting double knee replacements, they recommended Dr. Glenn because his patients are usually rehabbed in 6 weeks. They didn’t Lie. The surgery on one knee has been completed and I’m waiting on the second knee. Dr Glenn worked me in as soon as the recommended time after the first surgery. I can actually see a future where I am walking with out pain. I am already almost pain free after only one knee. I’ve needed knee replacements for about 20 years, and am so grateful to have had such a wonderful surgeon and fantastic results. I worried about knee replacement for so long and now I am actually looking forward to the second knee replacement.

Very personable, explains medical condition well. Acts like he actually cares about his patients. Highly recommend him.

He is the best he takes his time and explains everything so you can understand it. I would recommend him to anyone .

There was no waiting time, I was taken to the exam room at the time of my scheduled appointment. Dr. Glenn was prompt, thoroughly explained his findings and proposed plan of care as well as answering all questions. He was friendly yet efficient with no wasting of time.

I've had several treatments and surgeries at the TOI. Although recovery (getting back to 100%) was long, I am very happy with the outcome. Dr. Glen who did my recent Rotator Cuff surgery was awesome. His care and "bedside manner" is awesome. I am currently having recovery therapy at TOI Lake City. My therapist Cody and the support staff are very knowledgeable in answering my questions. They show genuine care for their patients.

Dr. Glenn is a great doctor. He has done a couple of my surgeries and I have never had a problem. I have recommended him to all of my friends. He listens to what you are saying as does Tim. If I cannot see Dr. Glenn I will see Tim. Thank you both for all the wonderful care you give.
