41 years ago, Dr. Garber was in charge of my pregnancy. He was a resident at St. Elizabeth Med. Center (Franciscan) and I was a nurse. My pregnancy went well but my delivery was an adventure. It was a cold, snowy 29 December 1979,a Saturday. After 12 hr. Induced labor, all natural (never again) baby was in distress. Dr. G. had been with me all day and it was approaching 11:30 p. m. AND he had planned a holiday party at his house that night. His wife and guests were waiting for him. My beautiful Adrianne was born by C-section just before midnight. I’m so sorry about the party that he mostly missed. I have for so long waited to say (again) “Thanks” Dr. G. and Happy Birthday Adrianne, mother of 2 boys and wife of a great, goofy son-in-law. I doubt that Dr. Garber remembers this story but I’ll never forget. My husband, Jack, and I are forever grateful.

I had the pleasure of working with dr. Garber in the early 80's at Wright-patt afb in ohio. He was always professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled. One of the finest physicians i have ever worked with in my 20 years in the medical field in the air force.

I have been a patient of Dr. Garber's since the early 90s and have great confidence in him as a physician. It is great to have a doctor who treats you like an individual, not just a patient, and whom you can trust to do what is best for you. I have found Dr. Garber to be kind, caring and generous with his time and his staff to be caring and helpful as well.
