Very positive,Dr Gally is very professional and careing.

The office is dated and has an old carpet smell. It def needs work as a medical office environment. The medical assistant did her job but could have been kinder and more engaging. This office does a lot of things old school.Like using Rolodex and paper phone message pads. Their files are mostly paper as you can see them when you check in . the last time I went I was told there was no access to any of the electronic information that day (“more electronic problems “) I had provided on my prior visit so I had to go back and reinvent all of that information for him while I was there. The office does have an unusual policy of requiring that you go back every three months if you want prescription refills, I don’t understand the need for that but I think that’s a little overkill. There was a sense of disorganization. Also, I think Dr. Gallup himself is a competent doctor but not a businessman hence the office he’s been in there for 30 years and looks like it.

The Dr is fine but their policies are ridiculous. They require you to go every 3months in order to renew prescriptions. I have never been to a Dr that does this. Usually I go and do my annual visit and get a 1 yr prescription for the drugs that I have been on for over 25 years

If I could I've them a zero rating, I would. I've had reactions to medication the doctor has prescribed, and when I call the office to report it the doctor does not return my call. He has had paperwork that needs to be filled out for insurance purposes for over a month. I have called, gone in, and each time I am given another excuse as to why it's not ready. The office staff has lied and said he was on vacation when he is actually in the office. I have never experienced such inefficiency from a medical staff (including the doctor) in my life.

I was very happy with my appointment, the doctor showed good bedside manners. I received an appointment within a couple of days and the wait time was less than 15 mins. The staff is very warm and wonderful and most importantly efficient.

Dr. Gally is a downtown earth, and skilled doctor. Yes his office needs a facelift but his staff, and himself are very nice and he has great credentials. I would recommend Dr Gally to all my friend.

Never going back to this office after being treated for an ear infection in May 2019 I paid my bill by Check and Dr Gally cashed the check through my bank. Six months later I am still receiving Par due notices due to gross incompetence by his office staff after going to present my cancelled check.Everyone should twice before going to this office for any kind of help?

Never going back. He is rather rude, doesn't address the issues, is curt. Husband has very serious problems; he couldn't offer any comments/suggestions. He was taken to the hospital by paramedics, couldn't walk, etc.; I called this office;explained the situation to the front desk lady;told her it was an urgent matter & to please pass the information on to Dr. Gally-have him call me; said she would-never received a call back from either one of them. Other calls to make an appointment, I get the recorder, leave a message to call me; days go by and no call back. Husband has serious conditions and he has nothing much to say or any advice to give; very impersonal. The office environs are the worst we've ever seen; filthy carpet, bad paint on walls, one exam room's exam table has a entire corner chewed off; large garbage cans in room, no lids, over flowing with garbage; he needs to dress like a medical professional, not like he's ready to walk out and go play golf-practice is a disgrace.

Dr. Gally is excellent as a primary care physician. He has seen me through some very difficult medical conditions requiring hospitalization. He has always shown compassion in his practice. However, his office needs a serious overhaul, from the waiting room to the examining rooms to the bathroom. The conditions do not appear to be adequate.

The office needs a serious physical makeover, at least when I was there last about 1.5 years ago. Dr. Gally is very appropriate in his manner and apparent knowledge. People complain about the front office person, but I think she is just fine. The medical assistant is particularly attentive, knowledgeable and good to work with. Overall, fine but the entire facility, on the inside, needs a complete makeover-rebuild out.
