His receptionist is rude, so beware. He is OK, but note that he only seems to do workman’s comp cases.

This guy is the worst doctor ever when it comes to bedside manner and patient care! It's unfortunate that people still are referred to him for care, because his only concern seems to be for financial purposes only. Such a sad fellow.

Cont...It is so sad, so many people need your help, and you say to them is your own body and use your own insurance. A doctor should be there to cure not make himself more rich just to save money to the insurance. And the sad part is that the law allows that, its like is "ok" to use other peoples insurance that is Fraud and God does not like that. A lot of doctors have make changes in their life for good..I hope Mr. Friedman with all your respect you can change your life for GOOD!

Dr. Friedman's professionalism and expertise shines through in his straightforward manner. He carefully explained the course of action and urged me to be patient in my recovery. He was very generous with his time during my visits, addressing all of my concerns. His office staff is very efficient and friendly. My injury made me anxious; having the right doctor allayed that concern.

1. He leaves the door open while he makes examinations. I heard every word of the discussion he had with the patient before me from his waiting room. He examined my injury through my blue jeans because he was running behind.

This has got to be one of the rudest offices and doctors I've been to. The secretary, Betty, is the rudest secretary I have ever encountered. She has no manners, and obviously has no Customer Service experience. Dr. Friedman, he is very rude, every time he walks in the room he will look in to all of his papers, and notes, without talking to you. He kept sending me to physical therapy, which didn't do anything for me, it was not working, but he didn't wanted to try anything else.

Horrible Dr., wouldn't recommend anyone to him. Does not listen, assumes he knows. Also, if he does not want to treat worker's comp then don't accept ( I know it is a hassle). However, to see a patient and then try and change the facts and want the patient to see you under their private insurance is fraudulent. P.S You have to ring buzzer and wait for them to acknowledge you before the door is unlocked. Very suspicious for a doctor's office. Should have been a reg flag for me.
