I thought Dr. Frank was a great doctor. He took the time to listen to my concerns, talk me through some choices as far as diagnosis, and is following up with a procedure. He was extremely nice and caring.

I was very pleased with Dr. Frank. He was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Dr. Frank took the time before the consultation to look at my records and was very familiar with my situation. I am happy to have been referred to him

Dr. Frank is one of the worst doctors I have been to!!! Don't waste your time. He is arrogant, rude, and dismisses your concerns. Not surprising to see so many 1 star reviews...

Extremely obnoxious and condescending. Dr. Frank kept talking over me when I tried to describe my symptoms. He provided no diagnosis or treatment and just tried to rush me out of the office as quickly as possible. THIS MAN SHOULD NOT BE A DOCTOR!

I felt like Dr. Frank was almost laughing at me and my issues, like it was no big deal. He did a scope and said he found nothing and I would just get better with time. He didn't want to do any additional testing to get to the bottom of my issues. After a second opinion and scope shortly after meeting with him, my new doctor found ulcers and the proper diagnosis.

THE ONLY REASON THEY EVEN TOOK PATIENTS LIKE ME WHO HAD MEDICARE/MEDICAID WAS BECAUSE FEDERAL GOV. MADE THEM BUT, THEY BYPASS GETTING FINED BY FEDERAL GOV. BY SCHEDULING OUT APPOINTMENTS SO FAR OUT THAT PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF WHO ARE REALLY SICK HAVE TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE GO. I WAS CRYING*PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!

NEVER. 0 Stars if it was possible to rate as such. HORRIBLE. Dr. Frank walked in the room and started arguing with because my PCP thought more GI test should be done and had them performed. He is just quick to give you a label of IBS and send you on yours way with diet recommendations. Dr. Frank has no bedside manner and completely rude. 0 stars. I will never go back to Dr. Frank again.
