Dr. Jeffrey Fletcher, DO

Serious Lack of communication between doctors and staff. Staff doesn't submit orders to third party medical services, and then call you after a week and a half and ask if you had gone and had the service preformed. Not contacting you after the results come in, and are extremely out of specs. Be given an appointment and time, check in, and wait and wait to be called and seen when at least 6 new patient's coming in are not even getting to their seat in the waiting room, and called ahead of you. after waiting 45 minutes past my appointment I walked out 7-19-24. I was told by office staff that they are understaffed and badly needed additional people to work, this isn't the people there to be treated(s) fault, or is it? May be time to look for a practice that takes care of their patients and can remember they are waiting in the waiting room to be seen. all this has been a continuing issue. Very Sad...

I did not have to wait long to be called in for my visit. Dr. Fletcher listened to my issues and promptly ordered a heart cath. I went to the NE Methodist for my pre-op labs and ekg. The next day, I was admitted for the procedure. The doctor, nurses, and tecnicians were very patient and considerate, and the procedure was done on schedule, and everything went well. I would certainly highly recommend Dr. Fletcher, the hospital and staff to my family and friends.

Dr Fletcher is wonderful! Down to earth, doesn't talk over your head and gives you all the options you could need to make an informed decision. Plus he seems to be just an all around good person. Love him!

Dr. Fletcher is an outstanding Doctor and more importantly an outstanding person. He was easy to talk to, and, asked pointed questions about my needs and concerns. He did not rush our visit even though I know he had other issues going on in the clinic. His calm demeanor was notable. I have been going to Cardiologists for over 20 yrs and he is by far the best I have worked with. Highly recommend him and all his staff. If you need a top notch professional, Cardiologist, he is the one you are looking for. Your cardiovascular needs will be well taken care of!

My experience with Dr. Fletcher has been very positive. He is very compassionate and listens when you speak. I would recommend Dr Fletcher to anyone seeking a cardiologist. I was assigned Dr. Fletcher by chance after a hospital visit and I have been very pleased with both the Doctor and his office staff for the past 2 years.

Dr. Fletcher is definitely different then other doctors I have experience with. He doesn’t rush you, he really care that is a great doctor. Dr. Fletcher was very patient and professional when listening to my concerns and my reasoning for visiting his office. Dr. Fletcher took his time explaining his response to my concerns in a very personable way, didn't seem rushed or bothered by my many questions. Very friendly and professional staff. I did not have a long wait to see the doctor, which is not common these days. The cardiologist is not a person you want to see often, but it’s good when you feel you received great care.

Dr. Fletcher is very professional. He asked a lot of questions, did an EKG, spent as much time as needed with me, and I felt very comfortable and satisfied with my first visit. I was given a monitor to wear for a week, and am currently awaiting my follow up appointment to discuss those results. Some of his information on the web site is not correct: He does see patients at the NE Methodist Medical Plaza office.

Took time to go over all my health history. Made me feel like he cares ??

Dr Fletcher took a great deal of time going over my issues. This was my first visit and he went into great depth into my medical history and recommended further testing. Very satisfied with professionalism and kind and friendly manner. Highly recommend this physician. Also his entire staff to include nurses, medical and administrative staff were very friendly, caring and provided exceptional customer service.

Nursing staff very nice and great with sharing their knowledge when questions were asked. Time frame was acceptable for visit to a specialist. Doctor was very nice and good with sharing information and showed concern over test results.

I highly recommend this group of practitioners. I saw Dr. Jeffery Fletcher and I am Extremely satisfied with the level of care I received from this group of doctors and staff. He and his staff make sure I understand my medication instructions before leaving the office. My daughter is included when decisions need to be made. I love him and the staff excellent care. Excellent doctor. Shows concerns for your problem and gives answers that you can understand. Takes the time to make sure that you leave with all your questions answered.

Very nice person, easy to talk to and very good at explainations.

Saw him earlier this month for a follow-up appointment. He is kind, compassionate and listens. He takes the time to listen to your questions, answers without being condescending and explains what he thinks you need and why. I trust his judgment.
