The absolute best podiatrist in all of New York
Outstanding professional and the most knowledgeable Doctor I have ever had the pleasure of treating me ! UNBELIEVABLE bedside manner , Outstanding knowledge of podiatry . I have been to many podiatrists for my diabetes and Dr falcone was the only Dr who knew exactly how to treat my feet and my condition I have been suffering for years before Dr Falcone treated me. And thank God I found him he has given me my quality of life back! Thank you so very very much Dr Falcone for everything.

Went to his office in late 2019 to have a small callous on my foot removed. I asked for a conical excission, which means for it to be cut out with a tiny blade, cutting a tiny hole in the shape of a cone. This is how it was treated by another doctor a dozen years ago when this happened once before and didn't re-occur. The doctor came in, complained about a prior patient to me, then looked at my foot, shaved off the callous with a hand-held shaver, despite my request for an excission. He said the callous shouldn't return. 3 weeks later, the callous returned, of course. After my visit, I asked the doctor about a little mole on my skin, and he said it's fine. He lifted his shirt to show me a mole beneath his own chest, saying that like mine, it's no problem. This is all very unprofessional. Then billing unprofessionalism ensued. The billing lady billed my insurance 3x, including 2 duplicates. This caused much delay and confusion. She billed $175 to my insurer. When they denied the claim,

Sent me for an X-ray. Went right after appointment, gave him the CD and never heard from him again after saying he would call me. Secretary also told me she would let me know if my insurance covered orthotics and never heard from her either. WOW! Thanks Doc.
