Dr. Factor made my daughters visit comfortable and easy. He worked with her to come up with a treatment was so nice to work with. He is also my doctor and I would highly recommend him!

I drove 45 min. after scheduling an appointment for a suspected alcohol allergy. Once in the office, Dr. Factor explained to me that their office does not perform alcohol allergy testing and it was probably a sensitivity. I was in his office for no longer than 5 minutes and was still charged for a 30 min. appointment. Once I call the office to ask if they would waive the visit fee, he said he felt it was the appropriate charge for the visit.

Failed to diagnose my precancerous blood disease - despite the lab flagging my immunoglobulins as increasingly abnormal and out of range for 6+ YEARS ! Shocking and horrifying that an immunologist does not pay attention to or tell his patient that their test results are abnormal , order additional tests, or refer a patient with a precancerous blood disease to an oncologist. I ended up diagnosing myself. I discovered and am enrolled in a clinical trial for smoldering multiple myeloma in the hopes of delaying the progression to the deadly and incurable cancer of multiple myeloma . I am suffering from PTSD as a result of Dr. Factor’s unconscionable negligence of my condition. Deserves 0 stars for lack of care.

My daughter was born with several medical which went un-diagnosed for years until we visited Dr. Factor. He took the time at the end of a busy Friday to run a battery of tests to find out why she had so many serious allergic reactions. My daughter's allergies are under control now with medications. Dr. Factor took the time to answer questions and helped her deal with critical health events. He is a caring physician.

It's apparent that Dr. Factor is a very knowledgable and competent doctor. Instead of making eye contact with me, he sits in front of his computer with his back to me. It makes me feel like he doesn't care and frankly is not listening to what I'm saying. I understand that doctors need to be able to access their computers and documents, but maybe a new room set up for would be preferable. His knowledge base is vast and he is clearly intelligent, but his communication makes me frustrated.

Simply terrible experience. I brought in my 7 year old daughter after an acute allergy reaction for further testing and consultation. I think we spent more time filling out registration forms and paying copayment than the total face time Dr. Factor gave my daughter. Didn't ask any detailed questions about her history and environment, didn't explain how the skin testing will go and what to expect, read off the test results without any discussion on maintenance/follow up/possible treatments.

Dr. Factor is a wonderful person. Over 9 plus years he has been taking care of my son. He's very professional, polite, patient, attentive, and cares about his patients. When you need him, he always returns your call. His very presence makes you feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone, because they will never be disappointed. We need more doctors with his personality. God Bless You Dr. Factor!

I was given this Physician's name and group for my granddaughter who is struggling with her asthma and needs a specialist. She is 6. She has Husky insurance through no fault of her own and the woman who answered the phone was rude and made it sound like we had leprosy because we had Husky. She informed me point blank - no new patients with Husky were being seen. They did not accept them. Really? Shame on you and your attitude and your office..
