Dr. Jeffrey Elbaum, DDS

Well appointment was ok I suppose, but my pocket is not.I paid full price, over $1,000, but I was notified by my insurance company that the insurance company paid the provider over $500, which I would have been given a reimbursement by this dental firm. Today I received a notification that I owe the provider the full amount.I have worked in billing medical as well as dental, it is a SHAME when a provider uses the billing codes for their own benefit to gain profit. I have two EOB's to prove this fact. Shameful!

I had an extraction of a top molar this morning. I had never been to this practice or met Dr. Jeffrey Elbaum before. I couldn't be more satisfied with the care that he provided to me. The entire procedure was over (and painless in less than 10 minutes). I highly recommend him for any type of oral surgery. I would definitely go back if I needed any more treatment for that level of expertise.

Dr Elbaum is a very caring and meticulous doctor, I have been using him for over 15 years and will never even consider going to any other office!

The issue is with the office staff of this practice! I was treated almost two months ago. The procedure went well.My complaint is with the office staff and the billing department. They overcharged me, and I am still waiting to be reimbursed!

I had pain and went to him, he gave a quick and wrong diagnostics and refused to look at x-ray we already had, he performed an unnecessary surgery for insurance money. Tried to contact him about the pain, but his staff wouldn't let us, and asked us to schedule a visit, we did and he simply stated that tooth needs to be removed, and wanted to do it same visit. We refused and went to another dentist for opinion, turned out that pain was form an adjacent tooth and not the one he performed surgery

Very unprofessional and rude. Has no sense of how to talk to people. Very arrogant.

I would recommend staying away from this practice unless you want to endure excruciating pain. It was the single most horrific experience of my life. They should not be allowed to practice dentistry.

The office is a friendly environment that gives off a professional impression. My four wisdom teeth were extracted in 15 minutes. They were fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this practice to my friends.
