Unhelpful and unprofessional
Dr. Copeland was regularly 45 minutes late for my appointments, seemed ill-prepared, and put me on unnecessary medication. It seemed to me that what he lacked in empathy, he made up for in ego.

Horrible experience. Currently a patient at capstone in wasilla and had to go see another dr at Palmer capstone as my dr schedule was busy and hence he/she could not accommodate me. So made an appointment at Palmer capstone to see dr Jeffrey Copeland. We Called a day before about my medical issue not was told by the front staff (after they checked with the doc) that they can accommodate me. But at the appointment time the dr told me that I need to see my pcp for my medical issue and told me that he can’t help. What a waste of our time. He should not be a dr in the first place, refusing to provide care to a patient. Shuffling us from building to building and not able to manage our care. Leaving us to die. And charged me dr visit. Wish I could get very personal and describe my horrible experience. Jeffrey Copeland had No bedside manners. Didn’t care I was in pain. Just rushed me out the door.
