Dr Carter preformed emergency surgery on 12-30-20. He was never seen again! He sent uninformed people to tell us they didn't know what procedure he did. Winchester Valley Health Medical center WORST CARE EVER! I do not recommend this hospital for any treatment!

Dr. Carter performed appendectomy on my 88.5 year old father a few days ago. Dr. Carter is a skilled surgeon and a very kind human being. He is very thorough and isn't one to rush patients out the door, and he really listens to the patient. Highly recommend, you'll be in good hands with Dr. Carter!
