Dr Blake seemed to be a straight and to the point Spector during regular scheduled visits. When my wife went into early labor everything that was happening to my wife was a bother to him. He was constantly on his phone and could not care any less about what was happening.

Dr. Blake delivered my second child. At all office visits, he seemed knowledgeable and professional, though impersonal. When I was in labor, he was unprofessional, rude, and had a very poor bedside manner. When I asked him to wait to perform an internal exam (during a strong contraction), he walked to the door and told me if I wanted to kill my baby, I could do it without him in the room. I didn’t notice, but my husband noted that he smelled strongly of alcohol when he arrived at the hospital.

Been seeing Dr. Blake for 15+ yrs. Delivering all 6 children. Liked him from day 1. He is caring in a Corky way. He's up front, tells you how it is. Quick n thourough. Anything other than seeing a Gynecology, you need to see you M.D. for other related problems. People seem to forget that DOCS are not like N.P. to where they'll sit in the room with you for an hour talking about your life story. Thanx Dr. Blake for past and present support!!

I was early & he was 40 mins late (no apology) but norm for docs in the area. Went for pain & burning that didn't seem like UTI. Also have had 2 lumps, one a suspected cyst. He came in w/no laptop or any of my history. Did very quick internal & didn't feel anything. I had to ask him to check again. Confirmed cyst but not other lump. Said he wasn't worried. Didn't test anything. Said burning was maybe because I was breastfeeding. No pap. Not even a urine culture. No solution or advice. Useless.

He has an uncaring bedside manner. Doesn't show any concern for his patients and dismissed concern about postpartum depression when a patient was suicidal.

I didn't personally think he was took into consideration on how I felt on certain medications and how they impacted me and changed my life. A pain medication prescribed was very scarily bothering my health and my multiple attempts at BC is now impeding on my relationship and our connection due to side affects it had.
