Due to a mild heart attack on 022624my husband was placed in the ICU at HCA Florida Capital Medical Hospital in Tallahassee. On 022724 Niraj Pandit, cardiologist, reported my husband’s blockages could only be addressed by open heart surgery. Three bypasses were required. Surgery was discussed for the end of that week. On 022824 however my husband had a massive heart attack. With the immediate care of the ICU he was truly in the right place at the right time. Dr. Pandit stabilized him while the thoracic team was gathered. The four hour emergency surgery began. Jeffery Snyder, MD. thoracic surgeon, was a life saver, literally. Dr. Snyder’s and Dr. Pandit’s follow-up after surgery included checking my husband’s progress everyday and taking the time to answer any of our questions. I trust their expertise and would highly recommend either to anyone with heart issues.

Dr Snyder recently put in a pacemaker for me. He gave me a thorough description of what was going to happen and what the possible side effects could be. He took the time to answer any questions that I had. All went well! The followup appointment was fine as well. I found the office to be on time with very friendly staff.

My husband had a heart attack on Nov 8th. Was supposed to have a triple bypass done but ended up being a quad because a 4th blockage was found during the surgery. I thank Dr. Snyder for saving my husbands life!
