Dr. Jeffery Kesecker, DDS

My initial visit was fine, if brief, for I had seen my dentist and knew I had a cracked molar which needed to be extracted. I needed full sedation surgery, which is why I came to see Dr. K. They set a date, 7/15 for the extraction and I lived with significant pain during the next two weeks because I had to. TWO WEEKS. Then a call on 7/13 from all-to-happy Marcy in the office, letting me know they would not put me under due to my health. All too happy to tell me this TWO days before the procedure, talking to me like I was a child. I had hip replacement surgery last November, no issues. So now I need to begin this process again, somewhere else. So Dr. K may be great, but I'll never know because someone is running his practice badly. This is no way to do business, much less a medical practice. I know this because my father was in practice 54 years. There is no excuse for this unprofessional, uncaring behavior, period.
