Very rude, impolite and disrespectful
He was very rude to my 80 year old grandmother who is almost fully blind, was very unwilling to explain things to her and was very rude when she tried to explain she was unable to make some appointments due to the times he provided and he said it wasn’t his problem he isn’t a taxi, that’s by no means right and isn’t fair to her when she lives over a hour and a half away and he shouldn’t be talking to his patients in that way!

Dr Jed is amazing. He's kind and talks to you like you're a friend. He listens and truly cares if about you. I nearly lost the sight in my left eye due to retina detachment and he didn't sugar coat anything, he explained everything so I understood. He did a fantastic job.
