My experience was great! You could barely tell I had a surgery at all after the fact, the scheduling, consultation, procedure and follow up were all seamless. He is very experienced but not necessarily old-fashioned (which is why I hesitate with "more mature" care providers). It has never been a long wait and the office is spacious, comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend!

I never usually write reviews on providers but please stay away. I have been there many times, each time trying to be more open minded about how he practices. However, I’ve noticed his general trend is to do a bunch of tests, not explain the results and just prescribe medication. He has also had me come into the office twice only to ask me what I came in for and tell me that I didn’t need to come in, which resulted in me wasting my time and money on co-pays. He is nice at first, but I then realized that he is out of date on a lot of information and when something went wrong and I needed him to have my back, I felt like he did not know what he was doing for a pretty common diagnosis.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Gould. He is a wonderful doctor. He listens, he makes sure you are comfortable and understand everything he is telling you. I always have a ton of questions and he is always willing to answer the most tedious of questions without seeming rushed. I have been with Dr. Gould for a number years and would, without a doubt recommend him to my friends and family.

I can't rave enough about Dr. Gould. I always feel like I'm being heard and respected when I see him. He's gentle on exam, and I appreciate that he always takes time to chat with me afterwards. My SO attended my appointment with me, and Dr. Gould even took time to explain everything to him (not just me). That blew me away. He's the first doctor to take me and my symptoms seriously. It wouldn't be a lie if I said he's part of the reason I've stayed in the DMV area so long.

Dr. Gould is a proactive, kind, smart, forward thinking doctor. He saw an issue other doctors missed and takes the time to talk about women's health issues. I definitely recommend him and I've been a patient for over 20 years.

I saw Dr. Gould by chance since my regular OBGYN was not in the day I needed to see someone for abnormal bleeding after my pregnancy. He is absolutely fantastic. I've needed a few GYN procedures after my pregnancy that Dr. Gould was available to perform for me. He is detailed, communicates well, and makes you feel 100% comfortable. I without a doubt recommend Dr. Gould.

Awesome doctor! I was having some abnormal bleeding for several years and all the doctors I've seen in the years has always told me it was normal . It was my age ... don't worry. I finally went to get a 4th opinion from a different doc office I met Dr.Gould and he immediately order different kind of test and figured out my problem that no other doctor took the time to . I love how patient he is , He's always on time , and always with a positive attitude!

Dr. Gould is very understanding, reassuring, and thorough. On a recent visit, he arranged for me to have 3 tests done, thereby saving me return trips. He posted a summary of my visit on my patrient portal within one day. I have been with him for a number of years and would heartily recommend him.
