Stunningly uninformed
I have complex medical issues, including PCOS. Based on my interactions with Dr. Hall, my opinion is that she hasn't read a medical journal on this condition in at least a decade or longer, yet gave me BAD advice about changing the medications I've been taking for this for 25 years. In addition, her bedside manner is appalling. She talks so fast that getting a word in is just about impossible. Bottom line, I don't trust her judgment.

Dr. Hall owns the practice. It is not owned by private equity. She does not work for the insurance company such as Kaiser or Optum, etc. That is a huge plus in my book. She does not run an urgent care clinic. Sometimes I go to an urgent care if necessary or otherwise to Dr. Hall. Staff are professional and not rude. Online scheduling works great. But she does expect most things to happen during the appointment. Not by email or phone calls. If she wants you to come in to the office, you need to do that. The office is immaculate and spacious. She may not be quite as chatty as some docs. So what? She is a quality doc.

Rude, condescending, terrible practice
I’ve never been yelled at by a Dr but today I was. And when I asked for clarification, she yelled louder, she was so out of control she was shaking. I can’t imagine speaking to anyone this way least of all as a professional or a care provider. I have no idea why she was upset or so rude but I would not put my health in the hands of someone so rude or out of control

When I first changed to Dr Hall, she ordered lab work to get a general idea of my health. It was then that I discovered I was pre-diabetic. She told me I'm sure you heard it before and my response was no. I had repeatedly asked my prior health care provoider to do lab work, which they did. But, I was not told that anything was off. I asked more than once because it felt like my body was "off". Their response was I'm getting old. It was also because of Dr. Hall that I found out what was causing me to be light-headed. She is a fast talker, but she slows down when I ask questions or say I don't understand. Several other family members also see Dr. Hall now.

Listen to the reviews. DO NOT use this Dr.
This review has been revised because Health grades repeatedly rejected it. I've now removed all my specific comments because they simply won't accept anything negative. I stand by the one star. Worst experience I've ever had with a Dr's office. It's not even close.

Decent Doctor, Abominable Staff
I am a current patient of Dr. Hall's and am currently in the process of looking for a new primary care physician due to the office staff. Everything about them being rude, condescending, and unprofessional is absolutely true, especially the one caustic gentleman at the front desk who seems to have a lot of problems with a lot of people (if you've been here, you know who precisely who I'm talking about). Furthermore, it's like pulling teeth to get them to return phone calls, schedule appointments, or communicate on any level, but I finally decided it was time to find a new doctor when the aforementioned gentleman provided me with transparent misinformation (i.e. lied) to justify said lack of communication. Dr. Hall herself is decent enough and wish her nothing but the best, but her staff is a liability and, if she's not careful, they're going to get her in a lot of trouble.

Very Unprofessional Office Manager
I had Dr. Hall as primary care for about 2.5 years. No major problems, I also have had appts. that felt rushed & her goal was a checklist to complete rather than healthcare. My issue is that the office manager was rude, disrespectful & unprofessional. After a month of excruciating pain, finally had the referrals needed to see a specialist. I asked for the referrals to be faxed to the specialist & was told I had to come in for an appt. No progress. I called again & I was now offered a telephone appt. Long story short, the call did not come thru & I immediately called & left a message, no response. Went their website to leave a message, I was unable to access my account, called & left another message, no response. I called again & left a message nearly 2 weeks later, finally received a return phone call where I was told by the manager that I was a "no show" & standard policy is to lock accounts, my care was being terminated. Good riddance. Hope new Dr will be able to get my records.

Left hanging, sick and confused
I have been visiting Dr Hall for about two years. I liked her, even if she did seem hurried. She was helpful and provided needed referrals. Her staff recently has dwindled to two very unprofessional people. They are rude and take pride in being unhelpful. I got a bad flu and needed a refill on my rescue inhaler to breath. I was told I couldn't get a refill without an appointment (they had no availability) although I had been using these for years for asthma, was sick AND COULD'NT BREATH. I sat up all night because I couldn't lie down, I was so scared. She also left me hanging with needed follow up appointments. The staff wouldn't return my many calls. Their website was experiencing a breakdown and I couldn't get ahold of them to let them know that I couldn't use the web for communication or to schedule appointments. It's been over a month without a return call and today I got a registered letter saying they were withdrawing care. Good riddance.

Great Doctor!
I have seen Dr. Hall for the past few years and absolutely love her! Quick appointments but very attentive to my needs and concerns. Her staff is always very friendly and are fantastic with my kids. They always look forward to the Dr. Hall's treasure chest in the front lobby.

They do not have staff to run this business
No Staff cannot be an excuse for no service at a Medical Clinic. If you don't have staff temporarily close or higher a call center to notify you cannot help patients. A few months ago this clinic didn't have staff and it took 2 weeks for a returned call. I didn't make a fuss. Last week I left a message, for them every single day during the week. I did not receive a call back so I had to go into the office today to let them know we needed a prescription refilled because we were leaving town. Spoke to the staff, she apologized and informed me she was the only staff working the whole office and could not check messages. However, she promised to get this resolved before the doctor left today. Went to my pharmacy and of course the prescription was not there. The Pharmacist called and said the Dr Office closed at 2:00pm! They do not care for their patients. Thank God this isn't a life sustaining prescription. If you value your medical care think twice before going here.

Very Happy over 10 years
I am surprised by the negative reviews. Dr. Hall has been my primary care doctor over 10 years and I’ve never had a bad experience with her or her staff. Always makes sure my questions are answered; she’s on time, the staff is great she ch cos to make sure my medications are up to date. I couldn’t be happier with her.

Dr Hall is always very pleasant, and addresses all of my health concerns. She explains tests and prescribed medications thoroughly and will always answer my questions in layman's terms so that I always have a great understanding of, and am able to participate in, my health decisions. Dr Hall has a very brisk and direct manner, so I can see how that might rub some in the wrong way if they are used to very soft-mannered Drs. This is not to say that Dr Hall is anything but friendly and caring. She's quite wonderful and I have no qualms about entrusting my health care to her. I've never had to wait more than a few brief moments before being called in for my appointments. The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly.

I have been going to Dr Hall since 2015, she is a wonderful Doctor. I am so glad that I found her as it is so hard to find doctors who truly care about their patients as she does! She is caring, cautious, and will get to the point of things without letting it drag on. I have read the 1 star reviews and I think they are ridiculous! She may talk fast but she gets the job done! So many people in this world are way too sensitive anymore, she has NEVER done ANY unnecessary testing on me!!

I had been with Dr Hall for nearly two years. I was fired as her patient after her staff made an error and called the wrong dr to confirm an appointment with the second dr. I couldn't even believe this was real life. She is very impersonal and treat people like criminals, not patients. I have been disabled for a decade and I have an impeccable record with previous physicians. She never looked at that or treated me like a human being. Stay away! She is not worthy of a medical license...

I would have given Hall Medical a 0 but that was not possible. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!! She has no interest in your well being. she runs her place like the DMV, you get there wait and when you get in she spends as little time with you as possible and then she's out the door. She like to do unneeded tests so she can bill the insurance for more money. If you value your health care, find any other doctor than this one. You will be saving yourself a lot of headaches and co pays!

Dr. Hall is my kind of doctor. She is to the point but very thorough. I trust her decisions but she is very open when I challenge them. She covers all bases and does not hesitate to refer you if needed. She may not be the personality type others look for, but she is a good doctor and works for me!
