She is so responsive. Talks over my needs,answers my questions, explains any tests/results. I love using their portal to get refills or book appointments. Covid hasn't stopped her office from delivering top-notch care.

Dr. Chu doesn't take chances with your health. She knows medicine, and she knows what to do.

I'm a doctor's Jeanine Chu's patient for 15 years. From time to time the front desk staff changed. The current front desk staff are all getting worse. They are so rude as many bad reviews for the receptionist staff. It's hard to get help or get a response for a refill or making an appointment. When the appointment made online, the staff will change without knowledge deleted from the system. The manager and supervisor are so rude and unprofessional. They dismissed me as a patient for the reason that I was rude by hanging up on the receptionist who was so ignorant, not helpful and unprofessional. They dismissed me and blocked me to have access to even have the last call to talk to Dr. Chu to advise for another doctor. It was so weird the way the staff blocked me like I'm a criminal. They even threatened me not to come to the office. I don't know if the doctors know about how unprofessional the staff treat patients or not. My family has been in Dr.Chu and her team care for over 15 years. Dr. Chu is professional and caring. However, it often takes a few months to get an appointment with her even for an annual physical check up. When she is unavailable (with other patients or out of the office) we usually meet with other providers who are excellent as well. We hardly get her for urgent appointment but nurse, and PA-C are as responsive and knowledgeable.
